Nice hotel

We had a last minute problem and were forced to look for a room elsewhere. We were only able to find a room to meet our needs at this hotel and 2 of us were to sleep on a sofa bed which we found concerning. To our surprise the bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel

Pros: Everything about the hotel was great.
Cons: Maybe a better breakfast bar, that is all I can think of.
Location: The shopping, the food places, movie theaters, and things for all ages.
The experience at this hotel was great. The family and I enjoyed our stay a lot, the amenities were wonderful. We have plans for staying at this hotel again in the near future. We were all very happy with this hotel, especially with the indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and the hot tub. All that this hotel has to offer you, will make you want to stay here again.

Cons: Have a restaurant or a bar on the premises.
Location: It is situated on a commercial road, close to all kinds of shops.
Uneventful stay. Clean and decent. Very thin breakfast.

One night stay on a trip.

Pros: Room condition and cleanliness, helpful staff.
Location: Easy access off of the interstate in an area with a lot of restaurants and stores. I-Hop right next door for breakfast, but don't get scrambled eggs.
The hotel was nice and front desk staff were very helpful. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a small safe in the closet.

Very nice hotel, but no restaurant?

I did know this before my stay, that there was no restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is very nice, rooms are very comfortable. But one would think that a hotel at this level would have a restaurant and not a sad little "for lease sign" outside on the restaurant. I would have rated my stay a 5, if I could have had room service!

Cons: continental breakfast should start earlier say, 5:30am?, instead of 6am, it would have been nice to grab a bagel and juice on the way to the airport.
There was still work being done on one elevator but overall very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and professional.

Door key did not work in first assigned room. Back to desk and received a new room assignment. From comments from desk clerk, they knew there was a problem with the door when they put me in that room. Room was clean & comfortable. Unable to adjust heat in room. Unable to connect to WiFi/internet. Called desk and was told to install a different internet browser on my computer. What?? had to crawl behind bedside table to get telephone cord. Connection jack was broken and would not stay in phone; had to hold in place while making call to desk.

Stayed Sat Jan 25th. Staff were friendly and helpful. Got a free upgrade to king suite. Room was nice but did have a faint smell of cigarette smoke (was a non smoking room)

Pros: Beds and bedding were so comfortable.
Cons: TV is nice and new but hard to operate.
Location: Close to restaruants and shopping.
Remodeled rooms are very nice. Bed is most comfortable I've slept on in hotel in ages, especially for price. Elevator is old and small and slow and seems out of place in the remodel. First room they put me in was incorrect to my reservation but they quickly brought me a key to a new room. TV in the room was difficult to work - kept getting "kicked off" a TV channel. A front desk came up once to fix but it happened again. I am quite savvy with electronics but the remotes in the room don't let you do anything with the TV so it had to be fixed by an employee. Would definitely stay again though.

Most horrible experience I have ever had at a hotel. The check in process went smooth, after waiting for the desk person to come back inside after smoking right outside the entrance doors. The hotel is under construction, which is understandable, but the directions given to find my room was null. Our room was decent, but there was not an exhaust fan and only 2 towels. When I requested a room with a bath tub, I was bluntly told that I couldn't ask for any changes. I asked at that point for directions to the onsite restaurant, which is closed, and the snack bar is closed. After staying the first night, we chose to check out prior to the second night, but still the evening. It took the staff more than 30 minutes to check me out! Horrible experience!
