good location. clean comfortable room. very helpful front desk staff. lots of restaurants close by. will return if traveling through bay city again.

The staff and the condition of the hotel were great. Stayed there because it was close to my Dad. We were visiting him due to the fact he is in the last stages of cancer. Wish I had know about the hospital fee.

The hotel was great. The rooms were very nice. Nothing fancey but very clean and comfortable. Hotel was in a great spot just off the Freeway with lots of stuff just minutes away. We will stay here again!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. No problems at check in. Breakfast was very good. Very good location just off of I75.

Staff was friendly , place looked brand new, room was clean, flat screen tv, Bed (and I am very critical of beds) was comfortable, tho no wireless but a port for wired connections. Right off the highway, not far from alot of food establishments (Luckys is a great steak house) Overall a win/win.

“Good Hotel-nice visit”

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and updated and breakfast was great. Only down side was you can easily hear other people in the hall or in adjacent rooms, above you and their doors opening and closing. Overall it was a good experience & we will likely stay there again on our next visit.

“Pricey for the accomadations”

Room and beds nice but seem short staffed. We left late one day and did not clean our room. Had to call for towels and desk clerk brought them. Noisy with soccer kids on weekend and computer area full of kids when went to check airline even though posted not for their use. At breakfast no decaf. staff wen to refill and never came back.

This brand new facility is very comfortable. The only problwem we encountered was that the deadbolt was not properly aligned- probably carelessness when installing the door. The building was so new that it had a temporary sign.
