“Great Breakfast!!”

There were excellent options for the continental breakfast provided. Our only problem was getting to a separate building in the rain to enjoy it. All amenities provided in the room worked well. We were very comfortable both nights of our stay.

“Lots for kids/family to do.”

The complex offers a lot of things for kids & families to do at reasonable extra cost. For instance arcade, bowling, choice of pools are some of the things my family took advantage of to keep everyone active. We stayed in the suites and there was a lot of room, we felt comfortable.

“Hard to Find”

Plaza Suites sounds classy but this hotel is actually the Best Western. It is a renovated section which they labelled Plaza Suites - very deceptive. Very difficult to find as is not adequately marked - drove around trying to find it to finally realize it was the Best Western. After finishing her conversation with her co-workers in the back room and finally deciding to wait on us :( the front desk clerk tried to charge us twice for the room - could not understand that we had already paid through Expedia. Despite the difficulties finding the hotel and the initial front desk attendant the rooms were very nice - everything new (except for the makeup mirror which was broken).

“Not bad for the price”

This was a fine hotel for my needs. The only problem was that I asked for a wake up call all 3 mornings of my stay, and did not receive one. Check in was a little confusing, there was no one actually staffed at the hotel. You have to walk thru the parking lot and check in at the Best Western. The continental breakfast was fine. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles and other traditional items were served. The breakfast was also located in the Best Western. All of the staff was very nice.

“Nice getaway....”

The pool area was really nice and clean, the sauna was relaxing. Room was ok, did not spend a lot of time there. Breakfast buffet was nicely stocked, not huge seating area but seemed to work. Only confusing part was had to check in at other hotel, not good directions as we walked into Plaza Suites as to where we needed to check in at.

“Things need to be UPDATED,”

The suite was the same as it was when we were there 15 years ago. The best thing was the bowling alley where they had an awesome game room a bit expensive if you have a lot of kids but very cool.

“Plaza Suites Review”

Did not honor the reservation and gave us a room with King size bed for 4 people.
