SpringHill Suites by Marriott Frankenmuth

The hotel was very nice and not busy. The room was very clean, although under the couch it seemed had not been cleaned for awhile (my son lost a toy under there, so we had to move it). We were also placed in a room on the lower level, and when we opened our window we had a nice view of a brick wall, that was a little disapointing. Despite those things, I would go back to this hotel again.

The room was amazing and the staff was fantastic. Even the breakfast was awesome!

Stayed at the hotel one night as a birthday gift, room was very clean and staff and breakfast was also good. I would recommend this hotel.

We were celebrating our anniversary & a friend of ours knew we were staying as guest at this hotel & dropped off chocolates on Friday for our arrival on Sunday. We never rec'd the chocolates at check in so we called the hotel after our friend asked if we enjoyed them. The hotel staff were not able to locate or remember the chocolates being dropped off. They must have needed them more than we did :-)

The room itself was fine for the price, but after dark it was so noisy, I hardly slept. We had a ground floor room, so perhaps that was our mistake. The pictures on the walls rattled every time someone slammed a door and the walls were so thin, we could literally hear every word our neighbors said. It was a loud and restless night. I would not stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed the character of the decor and liked some of the artwork. Additionally, the lay-out of the hotel was simple and direct with short walks. Moreover, the price was competitive. However, my wife and I would have liked to have had an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The breakfast and lounge area could have benefitted from daily cleaning of the floors and tables. The most significant concern for my wife was the lack of sound insulation and door gaskets into the room form the hallway and the next room. My wife had two nights of restless sleep and worried thoughts about the cafre of the children in the next room. I could not convince her to set aside her mother's natural instincts.
