The room smelled very badly. There were stains on the towels. No towels for the pool. The room did not feel clean. The pool area was full of bandaids and hair all over the pool deck. Which is very slippery and myself and my children both fell.

Absolutely filthy bathroom. Housekeeping is non existent. Asked front desk for towels, facecloth, soap, coffee and did not receive it until the next day after I went down to the desk to ask again. Save your money, stay somewhere else. Everything can be overlooked, but not the cleanliness.

It was a beautiful place although staff was not friendly upon arriving, i had a late check in as i had to work late as well as when i got into thr room the bathroom was gross, hair all through the tub, was paper with guest writing on it on the bedside tables. Nothing major just woukdnt expect it

It was quite alright, I had asked the reception about long stays and potential deals, as Id arrived in Saint John from Ontario and the place I was initially to stay at was very unsuitable. The receptionist allegedly inquired to the manager for me, but I was never given a response. ( A long-shot, but was desperate) Everything else was great, but was holding out for even just a yes or no answer. The hotel seemed quite light on guests at least on my second night, so was hoping they'd welcome the extended business from me. Bedroom and bathroom was lovely!

It was a nice hotel with up to date look. Pool was great especially for smaller kids. Breakfast was good. The only down I can say is the hairdryer in our room was broken and they don't have extra to spare but overall was a great experience.

Close to the SJ General Hospital. Easy Commute. Didn't understand why it was necessary to hold $50.00 and return it several days after your stay. They have your CC on file if there are any damages or additional costs to be settled.

Our check in and out were both very smooth. Our room was clean and comfortable. The area is very close to the train tracks, so it was noisy through the night. The pool and hot tub area need ungrades and a good cleaning.

My key card didn't work on the outside doors because the batteries on the door were dead. The TV didn't work because the batteries in the remote were dead. There was no conditioner in the bathroom. The check-in clerk didn't know where my room was. The outside door didn't close completely, so my room was open all day while was out. What a rotten place to stay.

Our expectations were low, but this was worse than expected. Large stains on sheets (which very clearly hadn't been washed as one of the stains appeared to be crusty tomato sauce), mold in bathroom, empty shampoo and soap dispensers, and generally gross conditions. Only stay here if you need to.

They put a $250 security deposit on credit card saying it would be removed when I checked out. On check out they said it would be 3 - 5 business day before I would see the charge come off my card. I checked out on Sunday so my card was tied up for a week for no good reason.

Good afternoon, the security deposit is standard hotel policy procedure. Security deposit is release at time of check out from the hotel. The bank normally releases the hold 3-5 business days from check out.

Strong laundry smell, very perfumy. Clean, updated rooms. Smart TV, convenient parking, comfy beds, temperature control of room. Booked a cot with our room but room was too small to use the cot unfortunately. Disappointed as had requested in advance.

Staff were very nice, but multiple lights in our room were broken. Water pressure was poor, bed was comfortable but sheets and blankets were not. Breakfast food was average and limited options. Area is noisy, and felt unsafe. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay hear, but that's not a reflection of the service, everyone we talked to were kind and helpful.

The surroundings felt unsafe. We were woken up at 6am by loud talking and marijuana smell in our room. Some guests were outside the motel close to our room ( which was on the first floor). They were being extremely loud and smoking marijuana. I guess you get what you pay for.

Good location, close to uptown with excellent restaurants, quiet, easy access to Hwy, clean and friendly staff, a lot of parking spot, a few exts and entrance from building close to parking, yoi don't have to go tthe hotel at all. Decent breakfast, and coffee and tea available all the time. If I will come next time I will stay once again.
