“Nice hotel in the middle of downtown Brunswick.”

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. There is a shopping center connected to the hotel that was convenient for souveniers and grabbing snacks or coffee in the morning. It is very close to a bunch of delicious restaurants on Princess St (ie. Brits) and along the waterfront.

“Right in the heart of the city”

This hotel is within walking distance to most of the major attractions in the city - it is extremely convenient. This allows you to park at the hotel parking garage and, for the most part, leave it there for your visit. The hotel and garage are attached to a mall which is also convenient but also makes for a confusing layout that is difficut to maneuver until you figure it all out. The hotel room itself was quite comfortable but honestly, the hallway was quite noisy with loud, inconsiderate guests coming and going at all hours of the night. There didn't seem to be good insulation in the room. Overall, I would go back but I would make sure that I had a room tucked away from the elevator.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I apologize that you had difficulty navigating the complex in addition to being disturbed by the elevator and guests in the hallway. We have a very strict 11:00PM quiet hour policy but realize that sometimes guests leaving and returning can be louder than expected. We are very proactive speaking with guests returning after 11:00PM and make frequent rounds of the Hotel to help ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy their sleep. Any noise complaint mentioned to a staff member is investigated and resolved immediately. I welcome you to contact the Hotel to discuss your experience further and make things right. “Wonderful experience!”

Have been there before - will always return to this hotel when in St. John, NB. The three-level shopping-area is fun to explore and people-watch, and connected to the extraordinary City Market.

Area recommendations

Reversing Falls, of course. Ride around in the older sections in "centre ville," just take the map and explore all over - St. John is much larger than I had realized before, various beighborshoods more and less affluent, etc.

When to go

If you go up to Fundy to see the "Flower Pots," be sure to check for LOW TIDE when it's most spectacular, and stay several hours to see the tide come in.

Must see

Reversing Falls, Bay of Fundy, ride around various coastal areas.

“Very pleasant experience”

We enjoyed the hotel with its nice restaurant, comfortable pool (although shallow), and easy access to many city sights. We were able to walk to the New Brunswick Museum (which we enjoyed very much) without going outside (it was raining). It also was close to the Old Burial Ground and nearby park which we were very nice areas to walk around.

“Look forward to returning”

The hotel was ideally located to wander through St.John. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the accomddations were great. It is the perfect location if you plan to take the ferry to Digby, Nova Scotia.

“Typical Delta Hotel”

Large hotel/business center located in center of St. John. Pool but not convenient to get to. No breakfast included. Staff excellent. Room/bed very comfy. Free parking inside a plus.
