we are waiting for our luggage that was missing in our trip. we wait all of our stay of that luggage. it was delivered to the hotel 2days before our trip going back home and no one inform us that our luggage was there in their office. was given to us in the time that we are leaving the hotel.

Great stay, friendly and helpful reception who helped for a smooth check-in and explained all what is necessary to know, like the breakfast time, if you have booked a breakfast, or the use of the swimming pool. Apartment studio was equiped with the oven, microwave, coffeemaker and 2 gratis coffee pod to drink. Available 6 further coffee pod to make the own coffee. Nice. Good stay.

Given the very reasonable price, our stay for 1 night was absolutely fine! Room was clean enough but quite basic. Essy check in and not far from the airport. About a 20min walk to get to the bus stop for the airport.

A good place to stay with easy access to Basel city and friendly staff but the bathroom in our apartment was not cleaned to good standards and it wasn’t made clear that housekeeping was only done once a week and bins have to be emptied ourselves. Breakfast was very basic for €12pp per day, going to the local boulangerie is better. There isn’t much to do in the area but wold recommend for anyone visiting Basel as it’s only a 10 min tram ride to the city centre.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Basel's tram 11. Quiet spacious room equipped with fridges, microwaves and stove tops (also cutleries and cookwares), which mean you could really save a lot of money by cooking your own food. Moreover, the price for the rooms are half of that in Switzerland side. Front desk speaks fluent English and is very helpful in giving advices about where to find affordable, good value for money food. They also offer free carbonated water, lemonade and coffee on the ground floor. Finally they have in-site laundry and swimming pool, although I didn't really need it knowing I have these options available is nice. TLDR: great location, good value for money

Easy check in. Helpfull English speaking staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooms large enough. Bathroom outdated. Beds way way too small for today. Max 140 cm wide. Room would easily fit a larger double bed. Bathroom needs upgrade and better cleaning. Pubic hairs from previous customers found in shower ... :-s ...

We enjoyed our stay the reception was fantastic on giving us information. We walked into Basel and St Louis , a short distance and with great recommendations from the hotel as for where to eat or trams to use.

Ideal location in French quarter of Basel. More affordable than similar properties nearby. Local transport within short walking distance and airport transfer is only 10 mins. Comfortable room and all amenities included for self catering.

Highly recommend this one
Wonderful stay. The property is 20m inside the French border, it’s a surreal experiment just to walk between the countries. The tram to Basel (or 25min walk along the river) is about 100m away, and Weil Am Rhine in Germany is a easy 25 min walk. The staff are lovely, property is clean and well maintained. The apartment is spacious with functional kitchen. The sofa bed is quite comfortable. Fans provided for those warm summer days. Indoor pool and laundry is a added bonus. We would stay again

Pleasant stay
Booked the larger room and it was very spacious. Nice to have the kitchen facilities also. The room looked a litter tired compared to others rooms we had during pre-covid visits. The room had a slight smell, think it was due to the lack of use. But other than that we had a plenent stay. Staff, as always, are friendly, helpful and polite. We will be back.

Great option for overnight stay before an early flight from Basel Euroairport. Kitchen in room is basic but very functional for a quick meal. Reception only available during limited hours.

It could be better
1. 7 days and have only 2 small toilet paper rolls 2. The bed was too soft and make back pain 3. The temperature was too hot, we did not sleep well as we had to keep the windows opened all the time 4. The room was spacious, and good brightness 5. The location is perfect at just 50m walking distance to the border and the bus stop just in front of the hotel I suggest the hotel service to improve their interaction with their customers in-house, for example just make some calls (first at the arrival and eventually after few days), to get to know : “how is your stay with us?”, it will help.

Free pick up from aeroport
Great location, easy to take public transport. Free transport from the aeroport to the hotel. They gave us a bag with treats because we check in december 24th. Free tea in the lobby. The only down side is the smoking smell. We left the window open while we were out and it helped with the bad smell. Overall great cheap hotel to visit Basel.

Excellent stay
The place was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is varied and delicious, and the staff were very friendly.It's just a pity that I had forgotten my bathing suit, otherwise I would have enjoyed the indoor pool.
