I did not like anything about the property All the apartment is cheap, cheap construction, cheap furniture, bed did not fit the room, light appliances cheap electric wall outlets falling apart exposed dangerous wood stairs steep to access bedroom etc etc etc

Odd Hotel
The exterior of this hotel looks like a concrete prison in a residential area. Staff was friendly. Room was odd shaped with the toilet and shower/sink in separate rooms on opposite ends of a long hallway. Living room has more of a single bed than a couch and not comfortable. Geared towards longer stays with a kitchenette. Functional for the price but not a comfy room.

Good base for French Riviera
The reception closes at 7pm and they make contact via mobile phone. In our case the +61 for Australia did not make contact. We had to ring the emergency number to get code number for night safe to get a key.

Perfect quiet holiday
We had a wonderful stay, we stayed in a ground floor apartment with a large terrace with sunloungers and a table. The bed was super comfy and kitchen facilities were perfect (the only thing it was lacking was an oven). The pool was clean had had plenty of comfy sun loungers and there was always a sunny spot. There was a spar a 10 minute walk away which had everything we needed, there was a bus stop right outside the hotel gates which took and to and from St Raphael for €1.50. The buses stopped running around 6pm but a taxi from St Raphael ranged from It €15-25. The hotel is slightly out of the centre but perfect if your looking for a super quiet getaway. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. :)

It had an enclosed private car park which swung the deal. Reception was very good. Problem with a microwave was dealt with immediately. Room was basic, clean (albeit the bottom of the shower door was full of dirt), needed a refreshing with a coat of paint. Small cups but no mugs.

Happy holiday!
Friendly team of staff who were very welcoming. The 1 bed condo was spacious, clean and well equipt. 10 min to Frejus beach. Clean swimming pool which wasn't too crowded. Would stay again without hesitation.

Quiet Location but great for exploring nearby area
The hotel was in a quiet location so ideal for people who love to explore the surrounding areas. The staff were helpful and friendly with the rooms a little basic but kept clean and with lots of space...having a balcony was a nice touch. The pool was great for relaxing.

Quality budget hotel
This is a budget hotel, but the quality was very good, not my type of hotel, but there was nothing at all wrong with it, other than I could afford better. Does that make sense. I would recommend this hotel, and the staff were helpful and polite. everywhere was clean. Give it a go if your on a budget and staying in the area

Quiet, clean and peaceful stay but isolated.
Friendly staff, nice clean hotel. Evenings very quiet, perfect for my family with very young children. There is no entertainment or food/ drinks to purchase by the pool. You need to drive 5 min to a supermarket and for 10-15 min to the harbour/ beach for restaurants. We had a car but you will struggle without one.

Comfortable, spacious and clean
Nice, clean but basic appartment facilities with very helpful staff. Segel, in particular, was extremely helpful. Location is quiet with accessible routes to beaches, etc... a car is a must to travel around.

very basic, but pretty clean. more of an apartment rental than a hotel. were a bit surprised we had to use our own soap, etc; however, now that we know what to expect wouldn't be averse to staying there again

Great Hotel - Excellent value!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is surprisingly big and was very clean. Surroundings and pool were great and my whole group had good rooms. It was very secure, with codes and keys to enter areas of the hotel and also a key fob to open the main entry gate. Only down sides were the reception opening hours which were a bit strange. Not really a big issue and shouldn't put you off staying here. Make sure that you pack washing up, a dish cloth and a tea towel!

Hôtel, façade et personnel fade ! Petit déjeuner à 16€ avec juste le nécessaire, rien de fou ! Au vue de la notation j ai réservé à cet endroit mais quel déception ! Pas de tv avec le lit ! Pas de restaurant à proximité .. bref à part une jolie piscine sur les photos rien de plus à envier .

La struttura purtroppo non è come nelle foto, è molto vecchia,malandata e sporca,basta varcare il cancello e ci si rende subito conto. Credo che la definizione giusta sia un residence economico più che un hotel 4 stelle. La camera,alloggiavo in una superior,divisa così : -Stanza con wc(molto piccola) -Stanza con lavandino e vasca(molto bassa e senza la possibilità di fissare il soffione) -Cucina(unica nota positiva della stanza) -Soppalco con letto matrimoniale(credo sia 1piazza e mezza,il soffitto è attaccato al letto,il che da una brutta sensazione. Inoltre le porte scorrevoli per accedere allo spazio esterno,sono rotte e quindi si possono aprire anche da fuori,non proprio molto rassicurante. La pulizia non è delle migliori,ragnatele e polvere un po’ ovunque. In 7 giorni è stata pulita solamente 1 volta. La posizione dell’ hotel è abbastanza buona La zona offre ottime spiagge, ed è collegata bene con l’autostrada. 30 min per Cannes 1h per St.Tropez 1h per Monaco 40 min per Nizza La chiave della mia stanza apriva anche la porta principale dell’hotel che dopo le 19 viene chiusa perché la reception è aperta fino a quell’ora Il che mi ha fatto venire qualche dubbio… Quindi ogni chiave è uguale? Mi dispiace per l’hotel e per i ragazzi che ci lavorano ma questo non può essere considerato un servizio da 4 Stelle,nemmeno da 3.
