Upon arrival I had to call to get someone to meet me at the check in desk as no one was there. Then she double charged me for the room once in advance on my credit card then made me pay again…I had 2 6 yr olds with me who were tired and hungry so no time to argue. Once we got to the very small room with a door that barely closed and was hard to open. I called front desk again from my cell phone as there’s no phones in the room I proceeded to state that she double charged me for the room she said she realized it after we left the office she said she issued a refund to my credit card but I NEVER received the refund!! This place is really old and very dirty! Reminded me of the show bates motel…..

Upon checkin the room was freezing. Heat off and window wide open. When arriving later at night we quickly figured out why window was open…, the stench of cigarette smoke in room was unbearable. We ended up leaving and not even bringing anything in room as i do NOT want my luggage or anything smelling like that afterwards

We liked that it was within walking distance of the bakery and restaurants in town. However the motel is very dated and dingy. The hot water runs out quickly and the lighting is very poor, only three small lamps. The pull out couch had used sheets on it when we opened it. The room smelled like cigarette smoke covered in perfume and the room had no smoke alarm. The manager was extremely nice and she offered us a new room every night because they had no maid service for some reason. We didn’t take her up on it but it was a nice gesture.

We left after 1 hour of our stay. The room was really cold. We opened the heating baseboards at maximum, but even at maximum, the room was freezing. Also, it smelled really bad, most likely a smoking room. Money wasted!

For a Motel, it felt more clean, comfortable and safe than the average. Still not on the level of a hotel, but good for a short stay. The staff is very communicative and friendly. Other than some dust in the corners, we had a nice time.

Booked for 3 but had towels for 2. Water pressure was not consistant. Said had rain fall shower, not. Said that we could get the room turned if we put up the door ticket, no door ticket.

Took too long for hot water Laminate flooring a little sticky Outdated design Bathroom was clean, but needs cosmetic surgery King Size bed was very comfortable. Rooms are not! quiet, can hear the people above and beside you in the lower units. Overall, just an ok place for 1 night or long weekend.

Ok for the price.
The place was well situated. Beautiful view of the mountain. Floors could have been a bit cleaner. Beds were comfy and the room was well equipped with fridge, microwave. Coffee machine did not work and the free breakfast was to late for us at 9am so we didn’t get a chance to try it.

Quick Ski Trip Stay
Quick stay for a Ski day. Were barely there for 12 hours. Cheap and suited the purpose. We were upgraded to 2 Queen beds instead of the 2 doubles we had booked, this was awesome.
