Not the bargain price as advertised...Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Always ha hot water at any point of the day..
Cons: Cleaner, include all extras in price and update the rooms (our walls were desperate for a paint)
Location: You need a car, the town is lovely and well worth a visit.
Arrived and had to pay for bedding, towels and TV - mixed reviews before about this but sure enough 150+ euros later we had sheets. You must clean your apartment before you leave or pay for a cleaner.... seems fair enough but not considering when we arrived the apartment we filthy, before we started our holiday we had to clean, not the relaxing start we were hoping. No aircon so not the best nights sleep for any of us, was mossie heaven so choice of boiling to death or being eaten alive.

Great roomsPosted Sep 27, 2009
I must say I will always remember my stay in Ste Maxime. The apartments are lovely, so much space. Very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. During our trip Ste maxime had a freak thunder storm which left us without electricity for a whole night. I never seen rain like it. We were a little put out to find that the hotel didnt have candles or torches. Im just sad that I didnt get a chance to have a dip in the pool, as the pool was stunning. Ste Maxime is a lovely town and has a lot to offer. Even better its so close to St tropez which is also Stunning.

Very good family locationPosted May 23, 2009
Reception staff was friendly and fluent in English. The room is actually a two room apartments with living room with kitchen fully equipped with all appliances you need to prepare a meal - fridge, stove, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, cups, silverware, coffee maker and etc. LCD TV/DVD with the local channels is also available. The bedroom is roughly 4mx4m but the bed was a bit too soft for me. Bathroom and toilet are separate but comfortable and clean. There are plenty of parking spaces, and you can park right in front of your room (10m away actually). Swimming pool was great. 10 min walk to the closest hypermarket, 20 min walk to downtown and the seacoast. Address is wrong on the maps here, so here is the GPS NAV street name: Route de Plan-de-la-Tour 120, 83120 Sainte-Maxime, Var, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France. I had trouble finding the place and it took me abround 30 minutes asking around. Great place. I will definitely go again.

Out of townPosted Oct 23, 2008
When we eventually found the hotel it was really a nice place to stay but it took four separate bus journeys to get there from Toulon airport which took around 6 hours. Nobody in St Maxime had heard of it or of the street it was in and after 6pm (earlier?) there was no way of getting a taxi as the taxi offices were all closed and nobody answered the phones. The taxi rank also closed down early and there was no public transport. This meant we had to book into other expensive accommodation for the first night. The taxi ride the next day cost 20 pounds for a five minute ride (2km. We found a local bus into town but it ran at 7:30 am and 2:40pm, so it was impossible to spend a full day in St Maxime.

Will go back next year.Posted Aug 22, 2006
We stayed here in June 2006. Apartments were great, clean, with all equipment necessary. The pool was excellent, clean & well looked after - the children loved it. Staff were brilliant, helpful & multi-lingual. It is about 1/2 an hour walk to the ste Maxime centre & beach or 5 mins in car but close to supermarket & next to a bakers. Only complaint was that it was tricky to find as no sign at entrance. Would definately stay here again.
