Pros: Seeing it in the rear view mirror.
Isolated on a one lane dirt road. No stores or shopping within walking distance. Restaurant is a joke. Room had no amenities unless you count the mold and water damage on the ceiling. Stayed one night and hotel refused to refund the remaining six nights I paid in advance. Hotel does not take credit cards of any type.

My stay at Heaven II in Saipan was wonderful. Upon arrival, WiFi did not work in rooms. That was disconcerting, as I was there on business. WiFi in the hotel looby worked fine so work was done from the lobby. After accepting that minor inconvenience, the stay in a magical paradise was set. I really liked being out of town, in the hills/jungle above Capitol Hill. The view from the pool is in credible. The hotel service was excellent. The hotel is catered to Japanese, i.e. info, magazines, food - still, that's no problem for English speakers., the staff speaks fluent English. IT beautiful, quiet, away, and enchanted. I highly recommend Heaven II for those whom want to get away. Rent a car or hotel will provide shuttle to town (Garapan) - 10-15 minutes max.

We had a huge corner room with a million dollar view of the reef. The room was very comfortable with good a/c, fridge, and very nice bed. There is no tv if that is important to you. The pool is nice, but older. You can tell it used to be very nice. The property is set on top of a hill with stunning views and very nice vegetation all around. But...you are isolated up there. You have to either have a rental car or use their shuttle service at $5 person each way. The breakfast is a fixed menu that is heavily Asian themed. I could not do fried mackeral at 7 in the morning. The staff is very nice and will help with any requests. Do the personal bbq sunset dinner. Ask for Kevin to be your chef. He is excellent and it is worth every penny.

Hotel staff was very accommodating, nice, and courteous. Unfortunetly there were some draw backs with the hotel. Although in the US, the hotel mainly catered to an Asian audience. All the guides provided, as well as most reading materials in the hotel room were in either Japanese or Korean. The hotel was in the middle of no where (off a one lane dirt road) so rent a car, it's 15 min from Garapan. The room was very spacious but the bed was rather hard. Pool looked to have fallen into disuse (although that could have been the result of a month of rain) .

Location: Far, rugged...
The food was geared mainly to Japanese to Japanese tourists, the "American" offerings were horrible. And it is quite a drive to go find anything else, stock up on snacks and other easy foods as there is also no microwave. The view is beautiful, didnt feel the pool looked clean enough to go in, but it was otherwise good. We spent most of our day away and it served its purpose for sleeping comfortably as the bed was made and fresh linens were brought in regularly.
