Good for a short stay
Hotel is a good choice for a short stay on Saipan. Rooms are large with a beautiful view of the Philippine Sea. However, the decor is a bit dated. Also, although the hotel has WIFI, it apparently only works in the lobby area.

There is no wifi in the rooms only in the lobby. If you stay in the hotel as opposed to the bungalow, it is quite a walk to the front desk. The hotel is separate from the front desk. The balcony door popped open while we were out and it was hard to secure the door. The TV is the old version, not HDMI-compatible so you can't watch Netflix (and there's no wifi anyway). There is an old huge boom box, with casette and CD player as opposed to the modern bluetooth-enabled audio systems. The beds are not comfortable, I had a backache the next day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is far from the hotel and all coral and seaweed, not for swimming. Best thing about the room is the BIDET. And we could not eat at the restaurant because it was booked for a wedding. The shower is separate from the tub which was nice. And the bathroom is in a separate room from the shower and tub for privacy.

not good stay
The experience staying here was not great. the room was not clean at all, we saw cigarette residual on the ground in balcony. the smell was not good at all. the room is big but not cozy at all. we borrowed an adapter with 10usd deposit and it turned out they didn't refund when we didn't remember to ask. i sent email to them and they didn't reply. after we had a buffet lunch there after check out, we would like to walk around there beach, they declined to borrow us towels because we already checked. it was not nice at all.

I have booked 2 days in this hotel (Hotels.com booking confirmation 136671507865 - Mariana Resort & Spa - Saipan). Room condition:Run of House for 2 adults. 2 Twin Beds, 2153-sq-foot (200-sq-meter) room with a balcony. But I have got “studio”， size is about 60-sg-meter, quite small, big different with my booking, when we have checked in. Hotel staff and manager said round of house meaning is I can't choose room, they will provided any room they have. We have discussed long time, finally they send me to the double story as they showed advertising image on the web.

Good family option on Saipan
Overall a positive experience. The location is scenic although, as other guests have mentioned, a rental car is necessary if you want to eat anywhere other than the hotel's restaurants. The facilities are four-star standard and the staff unfailingly friendly and helpful. I understand from an article on display in reception that the leasehold on the site is due for renewal in 2018, with the local authorities unwilling to give the owners of the hotel first option on renewal. Understandably this has dissuaded them from making further large investments into the hotel, which you can see will be necessary shortly. The food was very good and the swimming pools clean and well-maintained. Room service was a bit hit-and-miss - we had to call reception on three of our six days to get the towels changed and beds made up. Special commendation for the excellent co-located Marianas Trekking with whom the children went go-karting and with whom we went snorkelling in The Grotto.

We had a problem with room key almost every day entire staying. Keep fixing but won't open it was a little bid stress as there is no inter phone on the hallway so we had to go back and forth from the room to the lobby. The one of the poolside ( inside cave) was so dirty and seems not cleaned for a long time. It is nice and quiet place to stay we love it so hopefully they keep maintaining the facility well.

Nice hotel in a quiet part of Saipan
We truly enjoyed our stay here even though the cable was out due to a typhoon and the Wi-Fi was poor. We got a free upgrade at check-in and were in reef side. The room was very comfortable and the view was amazing. We had a problem with the elevator one morning but it seemed to be fixed after we notified the front desk.

Lovely place
Full-service resort with magnificent spa facilities. Beach activities include nice snorkeling equipment. The only drawback was not enough places to hang clothes and towels. Otherwise luxurious and comfortable.

Good snorkeling but eating is expensive
The hotel is generally okay but isolated and a bit worn around the edges. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. However there is nowhere to eat near the hotel and the hotel restaurant is very expensive. But you can take a free shuttle bus to Garapan which leaves every hour. Also although we booked the room for three there were only two beds and we were told it would cost $50 extra per night for a folding bed! If you like to play golf it is good because there is a short practice course on the grounds and a golf course next door. The beach is small and not somewhere to lie down and relax, but the snorkeling here is much better than at beaches in the tourist areas further south where all the coral has pretty much disappeared. The pool is also very small. In short if you really like golf and snorkeling this is a good place to stay. Otherwise stay somewhere more convenient in one of the more developed tourist areas.

Good room and service!
Love this resort very much, because of the wonderful sea view from the balcony and the spacious room. Though wifi is absent, the stay is really nice. But it's far from the downtown area, better to rent a car.

Hotel suites are perfect for families, and proximity to Mariana Trekking and go-cart track excellent for side snorkeling or off-road trips; beach, however, is small and while fine for snorkeling not as friendly as public sites for young kids. Breakfast buffet is fine, but dinner show is a once only, and no food alternatives nearby meaning rent-a-car essential to get back to Garapan.

Avoid this resort!
Everything was over priced to include the room, internet charge, and food. Very run down and seriously needs renovations! Horrible location. Would not stay here again if they paid me to.

너무 예뿌고 조용한 리조트예요 단독빌라에 있었는데 시설이 좀낙후됐긴 하지만 깨끗하구 친철하구 좋았어요 셔틀버스도 잘되있어 가라판 시내까지도 걱정없음

독채에서 아이들과 지내기에는 좋지만 청결보다는 조용함을 선호하는 사람들에게 추천
사이판에서 최고라고 생각하는 윙비치가 가까움. 그러나 걷기에는 다소 무리. 차타고 5분? 독채에 분위기 조용하고 가족적인 분위기 최고. 벌레와의 전쟁은 일부 각오하고 바다와 분위기와 직원들의 친절함을 생각한다면 가보면 좋은곳

사이판에서 중급 리조트 수준
룸은 상당히 크고 오션뷰가 아주 좋음. 하우스 킵핑은 대충 이불 정리 깨끗한 수건으로 교환 바닥 쓸기 정도임. 먼지는 그대로 가구는 오래되고 tv는 90년대 통통 tv에 화질 20세기. 중국인 관광객이 월등히 많고 옆방에 젊은 문신 중국남 6명이 숙박해서 밤새 문을 쾅쾅 닫아 잠을 못잠. 점심 부페는 먹을 게 없고 맛도 없었음. 경기가 좋지 않아서 시설 가구등은 업뎃 안한지 오래되어 보임. 직원들은 친절한 편임. 리조트 수영장은 작은편임. 스파이용요금 하루 $20 개인 풀 사용가능하고 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋음. 주변 배경은 아주 예쁘고 조용하며 쉬기에 좋음.

사이판 최고 숙소 중 하나
객실 내부 청소가 제대로 되지 않아 바닥에 먼지가 눈에 보일 정도로 많지만 객실이 넓고 주변 관광지로의 접근성이 훌륭합니다. 스파 시설도 좋고 해변도 아름답습니다. 호텔에 액티비티도 잘 마련되어 있 습니다.

방이 깔끔합니다. 사이판의 바다를 즐길 수 있고, 아름다운 풍경이 한눈에 보여서 좋았습니다. 그리고, 직원 분들이 서비스도 많이 주셨어요. (치킨에 맥주 먹었는데, 맥주 2병과 커피를 무료로 주심 ㅎㅎ). 연인과 함께하는 여행이라면 추천합니다.

部屋は所々補修が必要だが、まあ汚い感じはしないし海沿いのホテルだとある程度の劣化はしょうがないでしょう 本当に周りに何にもないのでレンタカー利用をオススメします ロビー棟から部屋に帰る時に空を見るとすごい数の星が見えました あんなきれいな星空を見たのは何十年ぶりかなあ

오션뷰빌라 예약 단점 - 렌트하지않으면 어딜 가기 힘들정도로 외진곳에 있음 - 프런트직원들 영어가 알아듣기 매우 어려움 - 직원들 일처리가 제대로 처리하는게 없음 (수건 갖다달라하니 3~40분 후 갖다주고 마사지 예약했던거 다음날 연락와서 그시간 안된다고 다른시간알아봐준다더니 연락없음. 답답해서 프론트 전화하니 이미 자기네들끼리 처리하고 피드백 안함) - 그래도 프런트직원인데 친절도가 떨어지고 시스템을 잘 모름 - 조식 구림(피에스타보단 낫네요) 장점 - 피에스타, 하얏트 앞 비치보다 작지만 훨씬 깨끗함. 비치에 상주하는 직원분이 친절함 - 오션뷰빌라 컨디션 좋은편. 침대가 푹신하고 아늑함. 독채에 프라이빗한 야외스파가 괜찮음 - 다른 호텔, 리조트보다 컨디션 및 시설(마사지,스파)면에 만족도가 높음

조용하고 편안한 호텔
너무 조용하고 한가로운 분위기라 좋았습니다. 스파와 마사지 이용도 바로 할수있고 휴양지 리조트로서 매우 만족했습니다. 화장실 따뜻한물도 잘나오고 넓고 쾌적하고 오션뷰가 아름답습니다. 가라판시내로 나가는 셔틀버스가 다니기때문에 시내접근도 나쁘지않았습니다. 깨끗하고 물고기가 많은 프라이빗비치도 있고 밤에는 별도 많이 보이는 낭만적인 리조트였습니다. 다만 조식은 먹을게 별로 없었어요 저녁레스토랑에서 먹은 스테이크는 매우맛있었습니다.

7日間有効のゴルフパスはこのホテルに泊まらないといけない。街から遠くて食事するにもバスで行く必要があるけど、このホテルはゴルフ専用と考えて割り切って使って行きたいと思います。

커플여행지 추천 주변에 뭐가없어서 음식사가거나 리조트내 레스토랑이용을 추천합니다. 음식 괜찮아요. 객실도 넓고 좋습니다만 사이판 모든 호텔자체가 오래되어서 세월의 흔적은 이해하셔야하구요. 하지만 정말 조용하고 바다도 넓게잘보이고 추천해요. 앞에 바닷속 스노쿨링도 제격 물고기진짜많습니다!! 2일정도 머무는걸 추천해드려요 ^^

주변이 조용한 리조트
가라판 시내와는 좀 거리가 있지만 조용한 힐링을 원하시는 분들에게는 적극 추천합니다. 렌터카로 15분이면 가라판 시내로 이동이 가능하며, 시내를 오가는 셔틀 버스도 있습니다. 직원들의 응대도 좋았습니다.

오션뷰 빌라 강추
오션빌라 전망 너무 좋음. 자쿠지도 정말 편안하고 즐겁고 요긴하게 이용함. 리조트 주변에 아무 것도 없어서 불편할 수 있으나 갤러리아 버스(무료)가 1시간 간격으로 있어 시간 잘 맞추면 시내 나가기도 편리함. 청결도가 떨어진다고 해서 걱정했는데 꽤 청결했으며 객실의 분위기가 정말 좋았음. 마이크로 비치는 물반 고기반. 마나가하보다 나은듯.

値段相応です。
全体的には値段相応で悪くはない。チェックインの時に部屋を間違えられ何度か部屋とフロントの行き来をする事に。 部屋は、とても広くちゃんと海もきれいに見えて心地良かったです。 多少のさびれ感はありますが、問題ないです。 街までの移動も DFS のシャトルがあるので特に問題なかったです。

스파는 생각보다... 더럽고 직원의 불친절함..
저녁에 디너엔 스파 를 이용했으나 너무 기대를 해서그런지.. 청결과 이쁨이 전혀 묻어나오지않았다.. 물은 생각보다 더럽고 ... 꽃은 너덜너덜에... 데스크 직원은 불친절.. 전혀 설명도 없이.. 수건주고끝... 알려달라고했더니 표정이............ 여튼... 좀 그렇더라 리조트 객실은 충분히 만족

각 독채로 이루어져 편했어요 숙소마다 거리가 있어서 프론트에서 카트로 데려다줘요 시내랑 거리가 있어요 차타고 15분 DFC셔틀타고 다니면 되요 숙소는 깨끗한데 조명이 어두운걸 싫어하는데 어두운편입니다 물 잘나오고 가성비가 좋은 숙소임

리프사이드 빌라하느니 바다뷰 룸도 괜찮은듯 ㅎㅎ 꽤넓네요 리프사이드 빌라는 전망은 별론데 탁 트인 느낌나서 좋아요 대신 이동할때마다 카트타서 팁 1불 챙기세요~

모든게 완벽했던 리조트입니다^^
사이판에서 머무르는 동안 T갤러리아 순환버스를 이용하시면서 많은 호텔의 로비를 보시게 될 겁니다. 제 눈에도 마리아나보다 화려하고 멋진 로비였습니다. 그에 비해 마리아나가 초라해보일 수도 있을 겁니다. 그런데 여러분! 리조트 직원분들의 무한한 친절함과 방의 안락함 그리고 숙소에서 보이는 잊을 수 없는 멋진 오션뷰! 정말 지내면 지낼 수록 좋다라는 생각이 드는 곳입니다~ 리조트 내의 스파와 전용 비치가 정말 환상 그 자체입니다. (마나가하섬에서 보다도 마리아나 전용비치가 스노쿨링 최고 스팟! 그냥 인간이 어항에 들어가있는 수준입니다) 정말 더 쓰고 싶은 말이 많은데 그럼 소설이 될 것 같아서 이만 줄이겠습니다 ㅎㅎ 제가 좀 까다롭지 않은 편이라 이렇게 만족하는 건가 라는 생각이 들 수도 있을 겁니다. 나머지 판단은 지금 숙소를 고민하시면서 제 후기를 읽고 계신 여러분께 맡기겠습니다~ 즐거운 여행 되세요!

사이판에서 가장 만족스러웠던 곳!
너무너무너무 만족스러웠습니다. 세 아이와 함께 마조네트 빌라에 묵었는데 아이들은 2층 집이라며 신이 나서 위 아래를 오르내리고 만나는 직원들 마다 아기를 너무 예뻐해줘서 고마웠습니다. 간혹 직원들이 불친절 하다, 의욕이 없다는 등 안 좋은 후기를 봐서 걱정했는데 체크인 할 때 부터 조식 먹을 때, 수영할 때, 주문한 음식 가져다 줄 때, 하물며 걸어다니며 만나는 직원들 까지도 늘 친절하게 웃으며 인사해 주었습니다. 청소 상태도 매우 훌륭했고 어메니티도 다 쓰지 못할 만큼 충분했습니다. 코인 세탁기를 이용했는데 가격도 저렴하고 좋았습니다. 수영장은 아이들 놀기 너무 좋았고 사진도 정말 예쁘게 잘 나오는 곳입니다. 재방문 의사 200% 입니다.

还不错哟
酒店的泳池好小好浅，但整个环境不错。是北部最后的人家，有点偏，再过去就被称作“鬼城”，无人居住的。幸好有DFS的免费班车来回酒店，解决了前往市区的问题。房间面海，无阻挡，是粉红色的建筑，很可爱。洗手间水量很足，空间也足够大，总体很满意！

如果玩陸上活動，入住呢間喺最好的選擇
我喺19OCT2017號入住嘅，整體間酒店應該喺全塞班島最大，房間亦都最大，呢個我敢肯定。呢間酒店應該喺好有歷史，因為好多設施都好陳舊了，但景就真喺好靚，我住海景房，一出露台就可以見到成個海景，真喺靚爆，床都好有歷史，喺俾人訓到軟下，完全無曬承托。 如果玩OFF-ROAD ATV佢哋會有專車接送，當然前提喺你要消費啦。 酒店餐廳只有「12夜」有開，其他設施喺6點後會全部關閉，由於去市區會較遠，基本截的士喺要＄22左右，當然你可以選擇著DSF嘅BUS，但就要就時間啦。 如果要遊水的朋友，呢喥喺有個小小石灘，唔算喺沙灘，因為好多石。但就水好清，要嚟浮潛喺唔錯。由於我選擇咗喺5點左右浮而且遇啱大浪，都有小小魚睇到，仲有D好長咀的魚。但各位最好有同伴一齊浮好D，因為都喺無救生員，有嘜事大家有個照應。 如果喺我下次去塞班而我又有租車，我就會選擇呢間，因為比較清靜，如果無租車都喺去返市區住好D。咁樣會省返D時間同車＄。
