“A heaven in the middle of the desert”

Wonderfull facilities, friendly personel, very nice kitchen... Just the fitness center do not match with the overall quality of the hotel, it is small and equipped with old fashioned, maintenance requiring equipment.

Everything was wonderful. Nice & friendly staff. Good location and very wonderful climate.

“R & R during the rain”

The weather was rainy and foggy. The rooms smelled a little damp due to all the humidity. The pool area was nice as was the morning breakfast (which was included). The lobby and the staff were excellent! and the coffee shop where you can get wireless was a great place to relax. The trip was impacted by the weather....so we really didn't do much.

“Great Hotel in Salalah”

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The service was great and the food was excellent. My room was very large and spacious. Also very clean. The only negative side of the Hotel is the view on the port. The Hotel is close to the Salalah Port and on the beach you feel like you are in a industrial zone. Beside that, the Hotel was perfect.

It is one of the biggest and good hotels in Salalah. I am impressed how clean and comfort is the room. I liked the beach area as well.

“Best hotel in Salalah”

Great hotel, in proximity of the city, + cement factory and container port, but still the best you can find in Salalah. Nice pool, good beach restaurant and rooms are very spacious. Nice touch with fresh fruit for welcome. The only downside was the internet, which is expensive and didn't work for the most part. Rather than giving me my money back for the service I couldn't use, they sent "an engineer" to ask what OS and browser am I using, which of course didn't help as none of my colleagues either could not use the internet either.

“Good hotel, friendly staff”

This is nice hotel for Salalah which does not have high hotel standards, The staff are very friendly especially the front desk (Diana and Jose). The bank they have is very loud and can be heard from all over the hotel. This was slightly annoying for both guests and staff.

“hilton experience”

staff laid back.not upto hilton standards.there was no one to help us with our bags.we did not get comp breakfast.
