“Good for the cost”
It would have been nice to have a bath tub, but a shower is what you get when you go this inexpensive.
“This is just an Ok hotel”
This is just an Ok hotel
“The hardest bed ever!”
The room was clean and the people were very friendly. It was not a very easy place to find, but I used Google. It would have been an okay place to stay for the price, but the bed was like a rock with a comforter over the top. I didn't know a bed could be so hard!
“It's an Ok Stay”
This was my second time staying at that hotel and overall it was good. Everything was what it was supposed to be (room, bed, shower, cooking area, etc..). The only thing that was an inconvenience was the refrigerator was noisy and probably needed to be replaced.
“Nice would stay again”
The room was nice
“Crossland Salem Oregon”
This hotel is OK for the price. They have smoking rooms for those that need them and kitchens.
“Okay but....”
We recently stayed here. The location is okay, the staff were courteous, the room was adequate. We would strongly suggest that the matresses be changed from 'firm, as in rock hard', to a much more comfortable 'medium' hardness. Oh, and the noise from I-5 was very noisy. We didn't have much choice of hotels because we had a dog with us.
“Poor customer service”
I had reserved a room with a queen size bed. When we went to check in we were told that another guest had extended their stay and that all they had was a full size bed. A made the reservation a month before my stay and they gave the room to someone who at the spur of the moment decided they wanted to stay longer! I asked them if I could get a cheaper rate because of having a room with a smaller bed and they said because I booked it through Expedia and had already paid they couldn't do it.. Needless to say, my husband and I spent a very sleepless night in a tiny bed. Instead of gaining a new customer they have lost one. I'll look elsewhere next time
“love the kitchenettes”
I love this hotel because not only is it for extended stay visitors, but they also have very affordable rates for nightly visitors. The kitchenettes are wonderful, complete with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, dinnerware, silverware, pans, and a coffee pot. I wish they had baths instread of just stand up showers. They charge a high fee for internet though
“okay but”
staff reactive not proactive..okay but not quality
