Surprised for the price.

WE were a bit surprised at the location in just a regular part of town. Several restaurants in walking distance. The motel was well kept, clean, and a very friendly staff. Breakfast was good and pool/hot tub area in great shape.

Cons: THE TWO PROBLEMS WERE THE TELEPHONE DID NOT WORK IN THE ROOM AND THERE WERE LIGHTBULBS BURNED OUT AND NOT REPLACED SO HAD TO ASK FOR THEM

We arrived at about 10pm, we were checked right in without issues. We get to our room and notice there is Blood on one of the beds (possibly from a papercut) and the backside of the paper tent on the bed. I ask for the bedding to be changed and due to the time of night the just changed our room. The first attempt looked like I was being moved into a store room, no carpet on the floor, 1 bed in the room with bedding piled on it, cap to toilet tank was missing and wallpaper peeling off the bathroom walls, also about 200 boxes of what looked like the old door locks lined along the wall. I went back down to the front desk and get a quick I am sorry and given another room. This one was acceptable. We and this includes our dog had one of the worst nights sleep ever, no explanation on this as we don't know why. Through all of this, there was no compensation offered just a quick I am sorry. And finally the food was not that great, my family had to wait 30 mins for syrup for the waffles they made, this being due to not enough staff on at the time. We will not stay again or suggest anyone does stay.

Ok but not a 4

Needs to be improved in the rooms there is some new and some old. tv cannot be watched from bed, ceiling was peeling and test top not cleaned

Our stay.

Everyone on the hotel staff were friendly and just the nicest people! The only issue we had was ants in the bathroom and sink counters. The staff gave us bug spray and ant traps and also offered us to move to another room. The breakfast were wonderful and, again, the ALL of the staff members from housekeepers to front counter personnel were terrific people.

Oregon travel

The stay was fine, but we had billing problems afterward. We booked through Hotels.com which took full payment at time of booking, then after receiving a zero bill at the end of our stay we had a large charge to our account from the hotel which should not have happened. So far we have called the hotel twice and not gotten in contact with a manager and the manager hasn't returned our calls. Because of this we are not likely to use either Hotels.com or the particular hotel again in the future.

Visit to Keiser

They are in the process of redoing the hotel after changing ownership. So the beds, bedding, etc. is all new and they are very anxious to make sure your stay is pleasant. The breakfast was well done, it was easy to get in and out of, and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay again.
