The farmhouse was very clean and staff were very accommodating. We asked for a less 'bready' breakfast and they were more than happy to supply us with a specially made breakfast for us.

Peaceful and Friendly!
My wife and I stayed at the Masseria Palombara Grande for 2 nights while we visited Ostuni area for a friend's wedding. Our host Angelo was great! He is very friendly and accomodating to your needs. He also gave us excellent recommendations on beaches and restaurants in the area. When you are staying in the Palombara Grande, you almost feel like a local in the area with your own little room hidden away in the olive fields. They have excellent breakfast service with fresh brewed coffee, fresh fruit, toast & jam and daily homemade cake surprises :) There is a small organic orchard with apple, orange, plum, fig trees and you're surrounded by the olive trees all across as far as you can see. We learned that Masseria essentially means a farm, so most of the accomodations in these areas used to be primarily farms, and now they've expended to also include rooms for visitors. So it's great for escaping your standard hotel room experience in a big building. The area is very quiet at night and the unique architecture of the rooms make it cool to sleep in the hot summer nights. The location is between the beaches, other small towns along the coast and only 10 minute drive to the center of Ostuni. We used our spot as a hopping point for all the activities we planned for our busy schedule and it worked out great! If you like to stay in a low-key, quiet and nicely maintained b&b I would highly recommend staying here during your stay in Ostuni.

Harmonie.
Nous avons adoré l'endroit. Ce sera un de nos meilleures souvenir des Pouilles. Merci à Angelo d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire visiter l'ancien moulin et le merveilleux verger de cette magnifique masseria du XVIIeme. Merci aussi à la personne qui sert le petit déjeuner le matin si gentille et souriante. Notre chambre était simple et confortable. La salle de bain très bien conçue. La petite terrasse devant la chambre très agréable. Un bel exemple de simplicité, de luxe et d'harmonie. Souhaitons à cette famille, qui veut garder ce beau patrimoine, une belle réussite.

Esperienza molto positiva in questa incantevole masseria...regna la cordialità la disponibilità e assoluto relax.ottimo il risveglio con la colazione fatta di marmellate fresche torte appena sfornate frutta e la Moka di caffè ...i colori i profumi e la posizione ottima sia per il mare che per la città di Ostuni ...assolutamente da provare Un grazie ad Angelo e alla signora Gina

Einmal Masseria, immer Masseria!
Der erste Abend in Apulien, und definitiv eine der besten und schönsten Unterkünfte. Hat uns auf den Geschmack gebracht, wir haben fast nur in Masserien übernachtet. Sehr netter Empfang, gute Tips, wunderbares Frühstück und eine traumhafte Umgebung voller uralter Olivenbäume. Wunderschönes Haupthaus, Speiseraum in der alten Kappelle, Zimmer etwas weiter hinten in den alten Stallungen, geschmackvoll renoviert unter Berücksichtigung der alten Strukturen und Gemäuer. Lebendige Geschichte.

Il relax della campagna a due passi dal mare.
Posto fantastico! Un'antica masseria immersa nella campagna a due passi dal mare e da Ostuni. Servizio e ospitalità eccezionali.

Graziosa masseria
La posizione della masseria é strategica, vicino a varie spiaggie e cittadine tipo ostuni e villanova (5 minuti in macchina). Raggiungere gli altri posti é facilissimo perche la super strada la 379 é situata vicino l albergo. É un luogo immerso nella campagna, molto silenzioso, l ideale per una vacanza relax. Il proprietario, il signor Antonio é una persona veramente gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono molto pulite, l unica pecca é che sono calde, vi é il condizionatore ma fa un po troppo rumore. Altro difetto é che é un po troppo isolata, tornare di notte, con il buio perche non ci sono lampioni non é fantastico, soprattutto per due ragazze, come me e la mia amica che siamo tornate ieri. Nel complesso comunque consiglio questo posto!!!

Graziosa masseria immersa negli ulivi.
La masseria in questione è una caratteristica costruzione pugliese immersa negli ulivi, posta tra il mare ed Ostuni, la città bianca. Abbiamo trascorso delle belle vacanze, nella quiete della natura. Antonio è il gestore più cortese che si possa incontrare, sempre disponibile, educato e non invadente. Ottima la colazione. Consigliamo questa struttura per la vostre vacanze.

Vacanza meravigliosa!
La sistemazione in masseria è stata molto piacevole: le camere, separate dal nucleo centrale, sono arredate in maniera essenziale e rispettosa della struttura originaria; ottima la pulizia; l'accoglienza è discreta e gradevole. Un soggiorno in piena libertà. La posizione è buona perché i luoghi di interesse (spiagge, cittadine) sono facilmente raggiungibili. Da consigliare.

petite masseria , six chambres dans un bâtiment annexe , bien au calme ... toutes ont été rénovées récemment , leur déco. est sobre mais de fort bon goût . dans le bâtiment principal , le salon d'accueil est vaste , fort bien décoré ; on y prend les petits-déjeuners, délicieux et copieux . Antonio qui nous reçoit et nous sert , est absolument adorable , cultivé , et de fort bon conseil pour les loisirs et la culture . la mer est à 8 km , ce n'est pas forcément un problème , et il y a un choix varié de plages . bref , à conseiller ... et à souhaiter que ce type d'établissement perdure ( car menacé ! ) .

Vacanza rilassante
Siamo stati accolti in maniera eccellente nella masseria dal gestore sempre attento alle nostre domande. La colazione è veramente eccezionale. Camera semplice ma ben curata e pulita. Bel bagno. La masseria è ideale per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante e si trova a pochi km dal mare. Unico appunto la mancanza del wifi.
