It was somewhat accessible from the train station the ferry boats by bus a block away from the beach, restaurants and most of the local stores. Staff are friendly. If you order any breakfast stuff outside the serving time 7:30-10 am it will cost extra. The balcony door is a little concern as it doesn’t lock/close properly. Although the price is compatible one can get centrally. But if you just want a place to rest it’s okay

Convenient stopover
Just overnighting in the way to Sorrento. Nice comfortable hotel. No elevator.
Location great for the beach but rather far for transportation. Walkable 3 km to town centre. Good shopping area. Very friendly staff. Breakfast could be better.
The person at front desk spoke good English and was very nice. The person making coffee in the morning was also very nice. The breakfast was pretty good with decent variety. The room and bathroom were pretty clean. Overall, it was worth the cost.
Nice hotel with really helpful staff, good breakfast and comfortable room. Handy location close to bus stops and local amenities. Only minor downside was a small shower cubicle and some noisy building work nearby during the day.
The hotel does not have an elevator so getting the bags up and down was a bit of a challenge particularly if your mobility is hampered. The room, however, was comfortable enough but nothing special. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good location and it is easy getting on and off A3. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance.
I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. I had a great night of sleep, on a big comfortable bed, in a quiet room. I had a nice breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay again. The staff was also very helpful.
Our stay at the Hotel Fiorenza was really great. The staff is really helpful and eager to please. When our train was leaving way after check out time, they held our many bags in a secure spot for us to pick up later.
The hotel is close to beaches and a 30 minute easy walk into downtown and boat rides, or a quick taxi. For the price this hotel can't be beat. I would stay again.

Nice Hotel - Area Not So Nice
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful but this area of Salerno has seen better days. The pricing of this hotel is extremely attractive and certainly is competitive for a 3-Star Hotel which fits the amenities of this hotel.
Really pleased with stay - highly recommend hotel.
All aspects of my stay were excellent - definately the best place that i stayed in italy.
Very helpful and friendly staff; clean and comfortable room; Good breakfast; DVDs;
Great location and transport links (fast, regular connections to Amalfi Coast by bus, and to other cities in Italy by rail).

The staff's willingness to explain the location of various places we were trying to reach greatly impressed me. They even took the time to print out train schedules for me and my friend. The rooms were clean and the front desk and cleaning staff were always polite and friendly. I highly recommend Hotel Fiorenza.
A nice hotel, in good condition with friendly helpful staff.
the location is a little bit far from the train station and centre of town (about 45 minutes).
the room was very comfortable.
the shower was not great - inadequate pressure and a long delay for the temperature to change.
We went to see the Christmas lights in Salerno and stayed one night here. It was lovely. The front desk manager was so nice and although he spoke no English he managed to tell us all about his dog and allowed us to bring ours to the hotel! He even made a lunch reservation for us a couple of blocks away. The room was cozy - there were four of us in there and we had enough room to get around, big bathroom. Beds were typical Italian Hotel style, a bit hard and bring your own pillows if you can.
Breakfast the next day was a nice spread of muffins, cakes and meats. (Not a hot breakfast but that's what we are used to traveling here in Italy.) All in all, it was a wonderful stay!
