Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Modernization. Repair electrical outlets and add more for convenience
Sort of run-down but clean. Convenient location with Perkins Restaurant attached.

Pros: Parking lot access to room. No cumin smell to walk by to get to room.

Disappointed

I was disappointed with the overall experience. I was searching a hotel that had a hot tub and paid more for a room for that hot tub experience. When I arrived, the pool and hot tub were not 'working'. The carpet in the room was terribly stained and there were stains on the curtains. The courtyard, where our room faced, was dingy and unwelcoming. There was dirt on the sheets. When I took my items to my car, the card would not work on the door and I had to walk around the hotel to get it 're-keyed'. Overall, a VERY disagreeable and disappointing visit.

Not bad for an older motel. If it was repainted and new bedding and such might be a pretty nice place. Large rooms, not much of a breakfast bar. Does have micro, fridge, wifi and coffee in room. Overpriced for what it is now.

Bait and Switch

Pros: Wake-up calls were on time. Continental breakfast adequate.
Cons: Remolding inside. Repair and cleaning outside.
Location: Just nights passing through, coming and going on trip. Unfortunately did not have computer with me or patience to change second reservation by phone.
After making reservation for King, Handicap, Smoking at check-in was told only handicap available was double non-smoking. Their version of handicap was one horizontal bar at back of tub-that is all. Was put in room on back side of motel, parking lot has trash strewn around and was in disrepair with grass and weeds growing through cracks. Also, weeds and grass growing in seam between building and doorway, cigarette but in doorway to room. Same, and more, trash and weeds there three days later. In room, security bar, bathroom door and dining table broken. Sheet were clean, carpet wasn't.

There were spiders in the room. THe carpet was wet. The bathroom sink did not work. And, there was leftover food in the fridge from the previous tenants

Not Worth the Price

As soon as we walked into the room, we were overcome with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Yes we are all smokers, but it was even overwhelming to use, and it didn't smell like there had been any type of deep cleaning of the room in quite some time. Then one of the pillowcases was dirty. There were no bath towels or wash cloths in the room and when we went to the front desk to ask for some, we got 4 very small bath towels and no wash cloths. The water pressure is almost non-existent in the shower. My friend that went has really long hair and it would have probably taken her 30 mins to wash the shampoo out if she'd washed her hair. The one & pretty much only bright spot was the staff was friendly. The location is very convenient and there were plenty of places to eat. However we personally will never stay here again.

Dive MOTEL

Run-down Motel with room access from parking lot. No staff in lobby when I entered early evening. Had to knock on a door for staff to come out and check me in. Computer problem during check-in Toilet bowl dirty. Mattresses were ungodly! My husband ended up sleeping on the floor 1st night. Didn't stick around in the am for breakfast..wasn't a hot one anyway..:just some tired cereal dispensers and a toaster. Paid 180.00 for two nights of nastiness. Very disappointing- Never again
