We had a roach crawl across our bathroom counter. The mattresses were so uncomfortable and the bedsheets were stained with blood and the top dressings had stains on their white bed linens. The bed frame is old and the furniture are all falling apart and the ceiling in the bathroom is meant for someone no taller then, 5’6”! The best part of it was the front entrance and breakfast was a bit of a miss. The street is o busy with traffic and the phone nextdoor to us rang nonstop all night long and I told them this. Would never stay there again.

They lie!!!
Asked for a room on the 1st floor, because I have mobility issues. The staff lied consistely that they did not have 1st floor rooms. The infact have multiple rooms on the first floor, the hotel was not full at all. I saw housekeeping cleaning roo.s on the firsr floor and still, they lied and sait they had no rooms. Because I was in town for surgery, I did not have time to look for a room somewhere else. The morning of check out, the maintence or housekeeping came around and pounded on the door lije there was a fire. I guess that was considered a wake up call. This was the worse stay at this hotel ever!!! Not sure if they have changed management, but it is awful. The outright, bold face like was just too much!!

So sometimes our first floor doubles rooms are not always available, and we have to use our second floor. We do have handicap rooms available. I like that they allow pets. However i didnt like that they don't properly clean. The floor was dirty(needed to be moped) and their was a lot of rose pedals under the bed that my puppy kept getting.

Pretty good stay minus lil things like you had to give old towels 1st and wait for them to bring it back when another hotel I’ve been to they just trade the old for new right then.Tv didn't have no remote phone didn’t work microwave was dirty but I cleaned it other then that the stay was pretty cool.

Awesome check in at the front desk. He was very nice and helpful with recommendations whete to eat. In my room, at midnight the room next to me was VERY loud. I called the front desk and she said she would look into it. 15 min later still very loud. I call the front desk again and she was very rude and said she walked the hallway znd didn't hear anything. 30 min later their tv is still on 11 but no more yelling

Hotel is older but refurbished. Room was clean. Check in was very pleasant with Rodney. We stayed on a Friday nite. There were a couple rooms partying above us, but the room was pretty well sound insulated.

I had booked this room for Sept 16th for one night … then I looked at the reviews and got scared… but Stacy at the front desk was so funny and nice… and the room was very clean and clean smell bed was very comfortable I liked how they had a gate around the hotel made me feel safe, plus we had a lot of fishing stuff in the bed of the truck. Also our small dog was very comfortable there as we walked around the back there was a small body of water there and something was laying in the sun and I heard it crawling into the water I wish I would of seen it ! Wonder what kind of reptile or water animal it could have been ?

Worst hotel
This was the worse hotel ever. We got there at 4pm and they said they had issues with hotels.com getting the reservations in their system. After about 2 hours, they had a fax and had to put it in the system. The room we got wasn’t the room we booked. The room wasn’t ready until 8pm. We went out, then we we returned it was midnight, we noticed the bed was broken. They didn’t have anyone to fix it until noon the next day. We also did not have any towels. Yesterday, the bed was fixed, they did not room service change the sheets or anything which had stains from the maintenance fixing the bed. We waited for sheets for an hour. It wasn’t the right ones. We waited again for 15 minutes, we got stuff but not everything we needed.

Extremely unhappy with this hotel. Not at all what I expected. Pictures online are very misleading. Area is unsafe and the property was a mess. I was also given a room that was already occupied. DO NOT stay here!!!

The staff was super nice and accommodating, but the rooms were not very nice - prior guests had obviously smoked in this non-smoking room, and literally tracked dirt on our feet/shoes when we moved throughout the room. There was also significant construction going on at the site during our stay.

There was a bunch of flys in the check in the pool was closed after they said it was open

We hope you will come back and see us again soon. The pool did reopen on saturday. We had issues with testing of the water, which took some time to get it corrected inorder to pass the health department. We had to put our guest health into consideration. We didnt want anyone to swim in the water and end up with health issues

Pet-friendly and safe
This was what is to be expected for a side of the road affordable motel. But it was clean, service was good, and I felt safe being there with just my daughter and my pup. They have gates that close off the parking lot at night which is a nice touch. Breakfast was pretty good. Our room seemed to be recently renovated with plenty of outlets and USB ports. Definitely one of the better choices in that price range on this strip of road.
