Check in was great. Once I got the not-my-hair and pubes cleaned from the tub I wanted a hot bath, but the drain wouldn’t close to keep the tub filling. It’s a much-used property but inexpensive and met our needs. Phyllis at the desk was so welcoming 👌

The bathroom door was kicked in and never fixed. The front food look liked its been kicked in and kind of fixed. The room was dirty, when we asked for more towels the gentlemen was rude and disrespectful. I had my autistic sons therapy dog with us and they charged me when it is illegal to do so, they wouldn't stop asking for the tasks of the dog when that is also illegal. When I checked out and told them that the door was kicked in, the front door worker laughed and said "yes we get crazy people here". The over all stay was terrible and I will never stay there ever again

Room was exactly as pictured on web. Bedding was clean, so was bathroom. Tv was smart could use your streaming services if you wanted to. If you did not it is a strugle to watch. No local stations or cable. Outside is being worked on I think. Conveince store within 1 mile drive. Downtown historic princess anne 5 min drive. Would use again.

My husband and I stayed at the Econo In Princess Anne, this weedend. All, I can say is the receptionist was pleasant. The 1st room was filthy and the stove, appeared never seen any cleaning materials before. My second room was a little nicer. The beds felt like we were sleeping on a boc spring with sheets on it. Staff hollering at 7am and cussing to each other. I would never go there again, even if it's free.

The front receptionist was very nice, and Mr. Patel (maintenance man) was very nice too when I informed the front desk that I didn't have any volume in my television Mr. Patel repaired it. The bed sheets were clean and sanitized. The entrance door to my room could be easily breached in spite of a dead bolt lock. There should be a tub mat in the bathtub so that a person would not have to be concerned about falling while taking a shower. The electrical outlets on the desk lamp were inoperable. I didn't eat the Continental breakfast. I will not stay here again.

The hotel was very dirty, the 3 days we were there we killed 24 flies in the room, the floor was dirty when we arrived and was never sweep or mopped the entire time, the lobby had a foul smell to it. The breakfast was very poor , no fruit, very limited choice of food. The water was a dirty yellow. One positive note the pool was nice. Will never stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE Awful hotel and awful staff. Filled with roaches and bugs according to my friends. Booked it and didn’t even bother checking in when I got there, immediatley booked for a different hotel. And even better they didn’t offer me a refund. Money straight out the window. Hotel receptionist barely spoke English.

smelled of cigarettes and smoke. curtains had holes that you could see through with no privacy, lamp and chair were stained and light fixtures were broken. upon arriving, another guests was arguing with staff about their stay and prior to leaving, a different guest was in conflict with the staff as well. no where to eat nearby, no convenience stores, and the smell of cigarettes was absurd. would not recommend.

There are several families living at this hotel it seems. It is very loud there. The rooms were clean and beds were good but it didn't feel overly safe at night for solo female travelers. The hotel itself is very run down.

Do not stay here I repeat do not stay here ! It is absolutely nasty and not worth anything you pay to stay unless your in desperate need of a place to stay. The people are the desk are rude and act like your bothering them.
