The riom was clean and more upscale than expected. Location on first floor was remarkably quiet in spite the proximity to dining area. Breakfast was well stocked by staff. Shower was excellent.

Front staff was very helpful and I checked in quickly. Room was very nice with all amenities. I’ve stayed here before and it’s one of the reasons I return. Breakfast was nice, and quite expensive. And the quality is good considering it’s only a continental breakfast.

The property has easy acccess to the highway system so it's easy to get in and out. They are also very canine friendly, huge PLUS. However it's not all walkable and not very close to downtown. When, my neighbors got a little too loud, they moved me to a much quieter room and I SO appreciated that. Excellent customer service!

When checkout I noticed my name was correct but the billing address wasn't. I asked desk clerk to rectify discrepancy was told that initially when checkin expedia.com was responsible, so hopefully the address correction will not cause a problem will payment.

I really loved this property. My stay was awesome. Will stay here again. I had no problem with my service animals being there. The staff were amazing and check in was seamless. I would recommend this hotel and also they are in the center of everything. So many dining options to choose from. Thank you to the staff there.

This is a nice hotel and generally the rooms are quite comfortable. I’ve stayed here a couple times already. Also, the breakfast is pretty good, lots of options.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice. However, service is seriously lacking, especially when checking in. We had to have the linens change on the bed right away, which they took care of quickly, and the small refrigerator didn’t work and had to be replaced as well. Not such a big deal, but a little bit of a nuisance nonetheless. And one more thing, I travel with my dog and there’s always a slight fee for that which I expect. But here they charge an additional $50 nonrefundable fee. Seriously excessive, a complete rip off! My dog is cleaner than most people!

Location was great, but that was all. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Pillows seemed old and flat. Black lint all over bedding. Lobby was full of young people just hanging out, standing in front of the exit door and very loud. Dogs barking in the hallway all hours of the night.very unpleasant stay. Will not book here again!

Incredible hotel! Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Staff is very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to see my daughter. The hotel is also pet friendly. It was fun seeing all the pups. All around great hotel!

The room was nice and spacious, but our shower leaked all over the floor, The hotel was full, and there was trash littered in the hallways. The breakfast was OK; the potatoes were not cooked all the way through. What was really annoying was being constantly badgered about checking out Sunday morning; housekeeping staff had towels, bedding and carts all over the place and knocking trying to get us to check out so they could clean. Checkout is at 11; I shouldn't be continuously bothered with emails, texts and knocks before then. We checked out earlier than planned just to get some peace.
