WORST HOTEL STAY IVE EVER HAD!!!! There wasn't even staff on site for over 14 hours. Yep, your employees ditched paying customers. So so so messed up. No continental breakfast provided. The room was dirty, smelled awful. I literally had to clean my hotel room bathroom floor because if was so dirty. Absolutely the worst. And then when I called your staff out on a lack of anything. They told ME to "get the f*@k out" Awful. So so so awful.

The staff and cleanliness is terrible. No one at reception have to wait 45 minutes to see someone on front desk . Same person on desk last 72 hours. He is terrible in service. No towels in the room. Very bad experience

I arrived earlier than check in time, fair enough. 12:00 , I arrived, check in time 3.pm I confirm my reservation for the king suite with jetted bath as confirmed on @Expedia I returned to the office at 17:00 pm. The manager said "it will be ready by 19:00 pm,here's a room in the meantime." .we returned at 20:00 pm..room is not :available???? I had booked on @ Expedia. I was offered a discount on another room ? I again wanted to know when my reservation was going to be fulfilled...21:00 pm The manager said, " we don't have any king sheets!" I wss offer a discount for another room ."fine "I said. 75$",for the room I was in,not happy yet tired. 07:40 am,we went for the breakfast that wss supposed to be included . That starts at 07:30. Not even started. 07:4/ check out. Manager still in the same clothes 19 hrs later, That has continues not been able to fulfill the obligations..charges me full rate for the room..not even @Expedia rate.He could do better " for cash "?@CRA. FYI. I never signed in as a guest..caution.!!!!

staff was not prompt to greet me, had to wait 5 minutes before someone showed up to check me in. Never checked my ID, never went over policies etc. Then sent me to a room that was already occupied. When i went to complain, they sent me to another empty room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were stains on the floor, stains on the bedding, the toilet hadn't looked like it had gotten cleaned in days. There were no face cloths sent to our room, and when we went down to see if we could get some, we were informed that there were no clean face cloths in the hotel and then proceeded to offer us face cloths that had stains on them. On top of everything, there were some very sketchy people come in and out of the hotel. The lock on our hotel room was also ripped off the door, so we also felt very unsafe in the room.

There were no towels in our room when we arrived. Had to call twice to get them delivered. Room had an musty-old odor in it and was not cleaned very well. Still had hairs in the shower from the previous renter. No toiletries were provided except for small bars of soap. Not very satisfied with this stay. I would expect a higher level of satisfaction from Super 8, very disappointed.

Took almost an hour to find a hotel employee to check us into our room, apparently they were asleep in a room near the lobby. No breakfast food the next morning for the complimentary breakfast, not even coffee.

No towels in room had to ask for some. They had laundry room door open looked like a frat house garbage and dirty linen all over floor. Appeared to have escorts coming and going all night based on the exiting conversations that constantly awakened us front door open to public didnt need to scan in. no desk clerk present had to disl a number and took forever to get there . Will never go there again

Staff were great. Facility was fine for just needing somewhere to sleep. Didnt bother with breakfast based on reviews. Main concern was safety. Numerous very sketchy men in the property that made me very uncomfortable. Druggies outside in the parking lot shouting and swearing so loudly at 3.30am. Sketchy men in the corridor, made me feel very uncomfortable. Poor sleep due to not feeling safe.

We booked this on Expedia. Knowing it’s a discounted hotel chain was the draw. Certain expectations come with booking with the chain Super 8. It’s fair to say none of those expectations were met. There was no one available at the front desk to talk to, or connect with by phone. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived. A person went to clean it, and was gone for approximately 10 minutes. When we entered the room, it smelled so strongly of cleaning solution, however elements of the room were not clean. We had bath towels but no hand towels or face cloths. There weren’t liners in the garbage cans. There was no shampoo. Thankfully the hot water was working. There was no breakfast in the morning, but we booked because of the free breakfast advertised. There was no one to speak to in the morning at the desk. We left our room keys in a basket, hoping we had checked out appropriately.

Don't stay here if you can help it! This Super 8 is a disgrace to Wyndham. Lesson learned to not just trust the brand name but to read reviews before booking. This hotel should not be allowed to operate. It smelled like pot when you first come in at the reception. You have to pick up the phone at the reception to let them know you have arrived, then they ask you to wait to be checked in. Mind you, we came 2 hrs late from our check-in time. The hallway upstairs is very dark, dirty and there were garbage bags along the way, the room is very outdated, towels are stained, toilet does not flush well, there was a cigarette hole on the bed sheet, stains on the chairs. The only thing working was the TV although the bed was nice (not sure how clean the sheets are but had no choice but to rest). There were no towels, the receptionist had to deliver them when we came into our room and the room was not locked as well, it was kept open with the door latch. The curtain was so old and dusty, the aircon looked like it was about to give up. There was barely nothing for breakfast, bread, few apples and banans and yogurt kept at room temp. Juice machine broken, no water, coffee pot empty and looked like it has not been cleaned since time immemorial. The inside of the microwave at the reception area was gross. This hotel stay was traumatizing, we packed up right away after eating a piece of toast and hurriedly left the key card at the unmanned reception desk and never to return again.

There was nothing we liked about this property. We were on the first floor and the first thing you smelled when you entered the hallway was smoke and it was disgusting as all indoor places are now smoke free. The room was below par and we had to have our room key activated everytime we came back to rhe room. Then we found out that there homeless on the second floor. Stay away from this place

Did not get the room we booked online. Then other hotel guests entered our room because they were given the same room. Luckily we werent naked and nothing was stolen as we had valuables with us. Ciggarette burns in the blankets. Icky red questionable stain on towels. So much floor cleaner I could hardly breathe (athsma). Staff was nice. Doing the best they could. Owner needs to up the standard on the cleaning staff though re: icky towels

Felt unsafe. The “clerk” was never at the front desk. Had bed hair. No Breakfast at all. Hallways were dark and floor was stained. Dirty beds. Paper thin walls. The smell of carpet deodorant. The clerk gave a guy a key card to a room already occupied.

Disgusting. Bed bugs, horrible things stuck to the wall in my room. Lamp didn’t work. Dirty all over and a disgusting smell. I slept on top of the sheets with a towel over my pillow and used a blanket from my car. The mattress pad was filthy . Yes I checked. After seeing bugs in the bathroom then one stick to my book in the morning. The person at the desk was kind enough to help carry my bags but to be honest had heavy body odour that lingered in the room and halls.

Don’t not stay here unless you absolutely have to. Especially if you are travelling with children. Room was filthy. I found a random knife where you would typically find a Bible in a hotel room. Place has broken fixtures throughout. The manager tried to scam me out of my refund. Fortunately I was able to return the following day and demand my money back. The open drug scene is very off putting. The smell of drugs is in the hallway and random people asking to come into the neighbouring rooms at all hours is scary.

A bag of garbage sat in the hallway for the full 4 days of my stay. I had to change rooms 3 times to find one that was tolerably clean. One room had a used popsicle stick stuck to the pillow. One room had the bathroom door held together by staples. I thought Wyndham hotels had a good reputation. I couldn’t believe they allowed this place to use the Wyndham name.

This property is far from being up to a Super 8 standard. Staff were very nice, room was dirty, stained sheets and pillow cases, a crack pipe under the bed, room is from the 80s. Would never stay there again unless the sign read… newly renovated.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It’s being used as a shelter for the homeless. We did not feel safe, did not feel that our vehicle was safe. Wouldn’t give us a room on 1st floor, but there’s no elevator on site. Staff said that the first floor was “under construction”. This was a lie, they use these rooms for the homeless. We just overall got a bad feeling about the place, staff were terrible, clientele were sketchy, rooms reeked of cigarettes. Overall a bad experience, and refund was denied. So save yourself the trouble and just don’t even bother booking here! I was looking for something cheap and cheerful for a quick overnight on the way thru town. Boy oh boy, lesson learned, if it’s too good to be true, it generally is!!!! We moved down the road to the Surestay Plus by Best Western… worth the move!
