You get what you pay for

get the first floor. Its nice to walk out of your door and your car is right there in front of you. Its pretty ghetto, above average ghetto though. The room is clean and overall hotel is OK. Very close to the city creek mall and walmart. If you just need a bed to stay and doesnt care about everything else then this is a pretty good hotel plus its cheap

Pros: Price
Location: Close to downtown
Typical middle rate hotel, not bad - but not the Hilton. room was clean and there wasn't anybody wandering around all night.

Clean room

Room was clean and comfortable. We needed a nice place for about 3 nights. Good location and close to everything we needed downtown. I felt my car was safe in the parking lot and this place was easy to find!

Hotel in the middle of Salt Lake City.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures that they have online. I wasn't expecting the best but thought that's it would be a little nicer. The carpet was coming up and the tile job was bad. The headboard to the bed was not even on the be correctly and I asked for extra pillows and didn't get get any. I liked that it was pretty quiet.

Good hotel for the price.

It was fine overall. Nobody was there at 4pm when we were there for check in but after ringing their bell and calling for 5 to 10 minutes someone finally showed up. It's very close to downtown S.L.C. which was nice. The room was nice enough for what we paid. It had a fridge and microwave but oddly there was no clock. Good a.c. We were on the first floor which sucked because we could hear the people above us loud and clear. We were in non-smoking room and there was no smells which is a plus. The breakfast was waffles and cereal. The room served its purpose for us.

One of the dirtest rooms we have ever stayed in.

Posted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: The rooms need to be cleaned better.
Location: location was ok.
There were cobwebs in the bathroom, faucet falling off. We have stayed at other hotels with better rates and they were cleaner.

Comfortable room

Posted May 31, 2014
Pros: This hotel was close to the area where we wanted to be.
We just needed a place to sleep at night and this hotel met our needs. This was an older hotel but the rooms were updated and they felt clean and well taken care of. The desk clerk was friendly and our stay was pleasant.

Good hotel if you want a room for sleeping in at a

Pros: The location close to downtown. The room rates.
Cons: A newer Television.
Location: Close to library, the Dead Sea Scrolls Exhibit. Near downtown.
TV is old. The bed was comfortable. As for breakfast it was skimpy. There was waffles, toast, cereal, juices no hot foods. If you want a place to rest your head for the night it's a good deal for the price.
