Cool theme rooms. Comfortable but smallPosted Dec 1, 2013
Had a minor problem with the jet tub. The staff did everything they could to rectify the problem and make our stay enjoyable. Very nice other than that. Not for children. Great couples retreat.

Utah beaches and palmsPosted Oct 11, 2013
We stayed in the Hawaiian room and it was splendid. My wife loved the shower as it was like being under a waterfall. The rooms are quiet and the staff very accommodating with an excellent continental breakfast being served. Parking was handy and locked up at night for security. It was a wonderful experience and we would certainly stop there again and we have stayed in hundreds of hotels. Moze and Mary Meeker, Woodland, WA

Theme room hotel -- really cool rooms decor--Posted Aug 3, 2013
Pros: Room themes really cool from Tuscany plaza to Swiss family Robinson styles
Location: A little out of the main city for restuarants etc but secluded would be good for couples. Suggest renting a car but taxis/limos are on call easily.
I had made a late reservations due to downtown hotels being filled because of the Outdoor Retail Show.. When I arrived I thought i had made a huge mistake because it is so far out of the city life but the interesting room made up for it. It was a pleasant experience but better suited for couples rather than businessmen as that is what the Inn was developed for.

It was very hard to find there wasn't any lighting. They need to put up some lights and there wasn't any signs saying this is the Anniversary Inn until it was too late and you missed the exit! The rooms were GREAT but the room we ended up in had some electrical outlets with no covers and one looked like it may have tried to catch on fire at some time,

5th South Anniversary Inn- SLCPosted Jul 1, 2011 on Hotels.com
As 2 1/2 star hotels go, this was nicer than many others that we have stayed in. The theme rooms are fun and our particular room had a great bath tub with a shower that came out of the ceiling like a waterfall. The cheesecake and sparkling cider in the room were a nice touch. I was expecting a little more for the price and from all the great things I had heard about this place. The room we stayed in was pretty small and poorly lit. There were a couple of spots on the walls that needed to be repaired. The internet filter was ridiculously restrictive.

Outstanding HotelPosted Apr 1, 2009 on Hotels.com
My husband and I were amazed with this hotel. We totally got what we paid for and then some. My husband didn't really want to spend a lot of money on a hotel room, but I convinced him to stay there, informing him that they have a jacuzzi tub, sparkling cider and cheesecake in the room at no extra cost. He was sold. when we got there we were not disappointed at all. In fact were were amazed with everything. The room was beautiful. We stayed in the Italian Gondola room. The woman working the front desk was pleasant. When we got there she was making cookies and gave us some, fresh out of the oven. She also gave us a free bath fizzle and a rubber ducky. The book in the room where they want you to write about your stay was a bit creepy. I didn't read it because I don't wanna know what anyone else did there. All in All it was a great hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great for couplesPosted Jun 23, 2007 on Hotels.com
The nearest restaurant is a long walk for not-too-young couples. The inn is most ideal for honeymooners and the like. The room motif we were assigned, the Italian gondola was super, but the "gondola" bed was a little uncomfortable.
