“Salt Lake city, great hotel”

Hotel is on the edge of downtown, you can walkmthe 5 blocks to the center or walk two blocks to the free tram. Staff was very nice and went out of their way to assist the guests.

“Budget-friendly downtown spot with all the amenities”

Located on the edge of downtown - this location was convenient for both site seeing and dining out. Exceptional staff made our visit extremely pleasant! Perfect location & best priced hotel in the area - Starbucks across the street, 2 blocks from the city monorail & only 3 blocks from the center of downtown. The breakfast was nice & the front desk offered free snacks daily. One of the big deciders in picking this hotel was location and access to public transportation. Only downside is that since it is an older hotel (which has been remodeled to feel new) the rooms are connected to one central heating/air conditioning unit, so if you are there in the fall and you turn your unit on it blows warm air - this was easily fixed though with a box fan from the front desk.

This hotel really looks like 4* one! Service and locating is very nice too, there are a lot of different restaurants around. This hotel overcome my expectations!

“Wonderful Place to Stay”

We have stayed here a couple of time now and both times were a great experience. The staff was very helpful with a reservation issue that came up and the overall feel was clean and cozy.

The hotel was surprisingly nice and well taken care of. Our room was clean and very comfortable and included a microwave and refrigerator. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay and will most certainly be staying in the future!

I used the hotel just to sleep and spnt no rela tome there. The people at the desk and in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. the hotel was a good value for me and the needs of my trip.

Free breakfast was really nice, with a good selection of both hot and cold foods. The waffle makers got a lot of use. The coffee was fantastic! Also, they had free happy hour with beer and wine. Very nice touch. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the room was clean. Loved the tall shower head (most shower heads are low for me, I'm tall). Free WiFi was good. My only complaint is that my room seemed to only have a single door in the wall between it and the adjacent room, and you could hear everything through the door. You could also get light from the other room at night, if they had their lights on. The first night I was there, someone was watching what sounded like The Magnificent Seven on the TV until 12 a.m., and it was very loud into my room and impossible to sleep. Also not the ideal situation if you or your neighbors were becoming "intimate" with someone... Not sure if all the rooms have this setup, but it was definitely a detraction from an otherwise excellent stay.

Loved the continental breakfast and Manager's social in the evening. The host was fantastic. Would stay again just for this reason.
