Staff was not accommodating and made you feel that you were bothering them with a simple question. The rooms were not the most tidy and the mattresses very uncomfortable.

If you need a clean place to stay, close to the airport with an excellent satisfying breakfast that is complimentary!! This is the place to stay!!! Also appreciate the free shuttle too and from airport!

I know where I will want to stay every trip I take out to the area. The staff was clear and consistent and friendly. The place was extremely quiet they were updating furniture during my stay. Never heard 1 noise. I slept like a baby. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thanks Country Inn and Suites.

I got a handicap room which I didn’t really want
The toilet roll fell off since the holder was loose.
No place to put toiletries

One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the indoor pool. The hot tub was not even warm and the pool was too cold to use. That was disappointing.
BUT! The staff was good and the breakfast was alright too.

Cleanliness wasn’t the best. Stains on the carpet and walls. Damage to doors/walls. Room was smelly. The door was open to the kitchen during breakfast which let a strong cleaner smell into the food area. The cook was also using her fingers to eat which was seen with the kitchen door open.

The front desk person who checked us in wasn’t friendly. The hotel room was dirty. There were dirty towels from previous guests still in the room. The windows were open, it was cold and drafty even once we closed them. It was winter when we stayed, so not ideal at all. There was an old, dirty, pee stained towel stuck between the toilet lid and back of the toilet. Overall it just wasn’t clean in the room. We won’t be staying here again.

I consider this property - one star. The owner is rude and arrogamt right off the back. I paid for four days stayed just one night and checked myself out. Not recommended at all.

I am sorry we did not exceed your expectations for your stay.
We really like one of the front desk girls, we enjoyed the room however there were several stains from previous guests. We got charged from our deposit for getting makeup on rags. She said they would stain and wouldn’t come out.

We have stayed here twice now and both experiences were fantastic. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They were so welcoming to all of us, doggie included! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Thank you for the review, We are always trying to make you feel at home when you arrive and during your stay.
Breakfast was reheated food from the day before both days, dry and not great. Beds are spings and extremely uncomfortable. Shower floor felt like it was going to fall through. Door keys work sometimes. Pool hot tub was closed, missing tiles all over, mold on the ceiling, had to ask for towels up front cause the pool towels were used laying around the pool area. Overall the price was about the only bonus and would have spent more for something better had we known it was that ran down.

Rooms are old and broken down, room will be searched before removing your belongings and you can’t be present before checking out!! They kept my $200 deposit claiming I made a dime size stain on one of the towels!! Same thing was happening to the other people checking out!!

I do apologize for your experience at the hotel there had to have been more damages to keep the full 200.00 deposit as we only charge for damages we can prove. Pictures are taken upon the guests leaving the room when there are visible damages.
It was fine for what we were there for, the ice machine wasn’t working, dirty in the bathroom, shower head and faucet needs to be replaced! Overall the bathroom needs a renovation!
Young woman who works at check-in county is not friendly and has a chip on her shoulder. Not a happy person at all. Woman in the evening was so friendly and helpful.
There was a robbery across the street. Cop cars everywhere. One of the workers came into our room without us getting the door first, just came walking in! Told us we’re going to be late for check out. When my son tried telling him we got the room for 2 nights, he didn’t believe him. Then left, came back in again with his own key card and apologized he got the wrong room. Like what? Who just comes in someone’s room like that. Knock first, let us come to the door.. make dang well you have the correct room! Will never stay here again. Oh and they double charged us for the room. I paid for the room in advance and when my husband checked in they charged him again! Still waiting on the 200 refund.
It was good for 1 night the sink in the bathroom leaked arount foucet in room 217 but other then that it was great 👍

The bathroom door had a hole that was halfway repaired and the bottom of the door was coming apart. The bathtub was very squeaky and spongy to walk on. Otherwise, everything was very good, room, TV, channel line-up, heating & cooling, staff helpfulness, and breakfast was all good.
The property was just fine. Some things looked old and outdates which inturns looks dirty.

Warm and welcoming
Very friendly staff. It was bad luck that there was an issue requiring a room repair when we arrived so my room changed last minute. Seems like they were on top of fixing it. But the manager was personable and apologetic and very concerned with making sure my stay went we. I would stay here again.
