Nice room. Close to airport.

Close to airport, but far away from most restaurants. Renovating restaurant in motel, and the one next door was closed for the weekend. Staff did supply a list of restaurants, but list did not include driving directions. Also, breakfast was not included in price, so why not pay less at a Fairfield for similar accommodations and get breakfast & warm cookies?!

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Comfortable beds and considerate cleaning staff.
Cons: For the price the breakfast could be better.
Location: Close to airport. Not much in the way of restaurants, shopping, etc.
We were happy with our stay. The airport shuttle was there within minutes to pick us up. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The only disappointment was the continental breakfast. It was only available on the weekends and was very sparse.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I apologize that our Bistro was closed for a renovation during your stay with us. The Bistro is back up and running. We are open 7 days a week for continuous service from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The bar service closes at 10 p.m. each evening. We serve freshly prepared meals and Starbucks coffee beverages all day.

Beautiful Hotel inside. Very convenient to the freeway. The housekeeping staff were super helpful and so pleasant. They were right on top of any problem.The room appeared to be very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, loved the pillows. The only negative we could come up with was our room was right next to the freeway and fairly noisy. Running the room fan covered the noise so that was acceptable to us. We just wish we had spent the third night in this hotel instead of moving to one closer to downtown.

Pros: Clean, New, modern, convenience, location to airport, 24/7 shuttle service, staff was excellent, beds are comfortable.
Cons: backside of hotel should have wall to reduce hwy noise
Went for a conference and the check in process was seamless, food at the bar was great. hotel is clean and room was very comfortable. not the best view but i came there to use the room just for sleep so it was fine. Nothing curtains could not take care off. Free wifi and HD tv were great. Staff was Awesome!!

Everything was great but had a room facing the interstate and the traffic was pretty noisy at times.

However, when we are fully committed and unable to accommodate all our special requests, we do provide white noise machines and/or earplugs at the front desk to help reduce the road noise in the rooms.

Great Business Trip

Pros: They just get customer service!
Cons: Nothing that I noticed.
Location: Convenient location to airport and downtown.
This is my second time to this hotel. It's conveniently close to the airport, quiet, clean, great facilities, good food...but the thing that will make me come back here time and time again is the staff. They have a great GM in Lauren. She is a hands on GM who takes customer service very seriously. She even took the time to help the staff serve breakfast. I even noticed their Chief Engineer run down a hallway to open the pool door for a woman that had her hands full with a new baby and toddler. They go out of their way to make sure everyone has the perfect stay. I witnesses examples of this time after time during my stay. I will always stay at this Courtyard anytime I am in Salt Lake City.

Loved this hotel. Although there was a compressor outside that cameo on from time to time the a/c unit covered the noise. Would definitely stay again.
