Location was good. Staff was top notch. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but hot, and enough for everyone.
We really enjoyed our vacation. First btime at Utah and this hotel meet our expectations.
4 stars because parking a little bit of a hassle. Stull we managed to find an spot every night.

L’ajustement pour trois personnes n’avaient pas été fait. Deux serviettes de bains pour 3 personnes. Deux verres, … le matelas du lit était tellement mou qu’on a essayé le sofa lit. On sentait les barres de métal dans celui-ci, pas mieux. Bruyant donc j’imagine pas beaucoup d’insonorisation

Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Breakast was a nice fresh conntinnental spread and saved time to get to ski hill in the morning.
I read that they served a light dinner but this was not the case during my stay. Just an FYI for those counting

The exercise room needs TLC. The VIP free drinks are bottles of water. It appears as if you get a choice but front desk staff said only water. It would be easiest if it states two free bottles of water for VIP.

Internet was terrible and had to continually sign in after being disconnected. Several of the guests I spoke with were having same issue including a staff member at the front desk. Breakfast was mediocre with the same thing being served each day. there was no variety offered.

Easily in 8 out of 10 stay. The free breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in my life at a hotel.
The staff are very friendly as well but the only problem is some of the equipment in the hotel is broken or in poor repair. For example one of the treadmills didn't even work and the tiny little closet that they call a fitness center. There are only three machines total and one of them was broken.
And the elevator kept breaking.
Buy some new fitness equipment and fix the elevator and you've got a 10 out of 10 hotel.

Breakfast menu needed variation. On past stays they had coffee cake or baked product each morning; no longer. On past stays the varied the breakfast meat; this year it was only sausage everyday. Needs some updating. Needed daily housekeeping, at least to empty trash in the room

Easy access to ski bus and resorts in an affordable location. Hotel offers a shuttle to the midvale station . Rooms are nice, hot breakfast and close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our 3 night stay

Good value, large rooms, convenient, to sleep and go.
Most have a car to get to places
Breakfast average.
We use it to drive up the mountain to ski, we travel with kids, we took two rooms.
Plenty of free parking.
We heard there was a pool and spa.

Everything was great, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and I was super happy with Bill on check in. He was the best check-in experience I have had at a hotel in a while. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to SLC

There was a chair in the room with something white splattered across the entire side of it, used chopsticks left in the fridge, and the floors, surfaces, and linens were not spotless, but that’s what you get at a budget hotel.
