Bed and sheets were super comfortable, clean rooms and whole hotel was clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!w

This is the second year we have spent spring break skiing Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. We stayed at Crystal Inn both times. It is perfect! Affordable, clean, nice hot tub, great breakfast, nice staff.... We are a family of 4, with two teenage boys. If we get to go back next year, we'll be staying there again!

Affordable hotel, welcoming and empowered staff and a effort to think outside of the box created a wonderful pre wedding experience for my best friend and I as she prepared for her wedding day. Great location and services, the hot tub was hot and not overly chlorinated, the smoking and non smoking areas were separated wonderfully, the beds were comfortable and additional bedding was readily provided when requested. The breakfast was a solid basic hot selection, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast coffee and juices along with fresh and. It up fruits, cereals and yogurts. Quite a step above most continental breakfasts. Dinner is also provided most nights. The menu rotates, we had chili cheese dogs the night we visited but the weekly schedule also offered Chinese food the night before. Simple but yummy, friendly and fun. The free shuttle wasn't available so they provided me with a comped taxi to catch my flight instead. Kindness is an asset in running a great hotel. It overflows here.

I stayed in a room with Jacuzzi. Enjoyed relaxing at the end of a busy workday. The mountains are gorgeous but the busy road and a view overlooking a Red Cross advertising pillar detracted from the experience. Having hurt my feet I am "walking" using a knee roller. It surprised me that the staff didn't offer to help me. It was quite awkward carrying the breakfast tray. I didn't ask for help so I am not going to remove any points for it but it would definitely have improved my experience if they had been more attentive.

Great location near the mountains. Tons of food and shopping choices nearby. Comfortable bed.

Hotel and room was very average. Breakfast and evening social hour (dinner) were great. Staff was nice and helpful.

In town for a wedding - couldn't ask for more accommodating and helpful staff! Truly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner time buffets. Room was comfortable.

When I travel to SLC I like to stay in this hotel. It is located near everywhere I want to be, they have a good breakfast, and if I am at the hotel in the evening, they even have a free dinner.
