Turn the hot water on.Posted Aug 25, 2014
No hot water. And the design of the hotel is confusing. I can live with confusing. Not with a cold shower.

Nice place, nice location, pet policy is not clear when you make a reservation. Make sure you clarify before you go.

Nice hotel close to dining and shoppingPosted Aug 17, 2014
Very nice hotel. Decor a little dated. Only one elevator for guests and service staff so could be slow and or crowded. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Good complimentary hot and cold breakfast buffet.

Great HotelPosted Aug 8, 2014
We stayed a week at the Murray UT property. Great access to major Hi-ways. The complimentary breakfast was a daily feast to get us going. Room carpet could have used a good shampooing/cleaning.

Great locationPosted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Many things, employees, rooms, choices of foods for breakfast, light dinners, location.
Cons: The very slow elevator and parking sometimes not adequate.
Location: Close to freeways, restaurants, shopping, Sam's Club, SLC is near, close to mountains.
Great hotel, clean, close to freeways but not close to noise, many restaurants nearby, good shopping. Hotel was very clean, working on being green with laundry, very pleasant people work at the Crystal Inn. Pool well kept. Parking can be a little short on space. Good selections for breakfast from hot food to cold, drinks hot and cold. Dinners light but filling. Free WiFi also computers in lobby if needed. Snack shopping in lobby also. The only drawback is the very slow elevator. As a senior citizen I could make it to the fourth floor before the elevator even got down to the first floor, did it quite a few times. Great value for the price of a room. Rooms large enough for two queen beds, love seat, table and two chairs. Double sinks outside of bathroom.

Beautiful and RoomyPosted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: Spacious rooms. Fabulous location.
Cons: Weak Wi-Fi. Breakfast area needed more seating and someone to clean tables in a more timely fashion.
Location: Park City Mountain Resort and Olympic Village only 30 miles away. Close to shopping & downtown.
Beautiful convenient location. Went to Park City and enjoyed the Alpine coaster, alpine slide and zip lines. Hotel is located close to freeways. Free hot breakfast buffet was enjoyable.

Ok StayPosted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: The rooms and comfortable beds.
Cons: Larger breakfast room with more seating. Additional elevators.
Location: Easy access to the 215 belt route.
When we arrived there were 3 employees talking to each other at the desk and none of them acknowledged us until their conversation was over. This was discouraging since we are in customer service related fields too. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Lots of room. There is only one tiny elevator for four floors. Sometimes the wait was quite a long while. We did use the stairs to go down from the 4th floor but not up because we had bags, etc. The breakfast has a nice variety for everyone but there is not enough seating for that many quests to sit and eat. The location is great, easy to get on and off the 215 since we had many places to go during our visit.
