Close to U of U

Pros: My room!
Cons: The parking garage
Location: Close to the Gateway mall and downtown
After getting past the sketchy parking garage- dark, no elevator, scary stairwells once inside the hotel and their staff was excellent. The room was super clean and comfortable. Will continue to come back and stay.

Great Downtown Hotel

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: The quality of the rooms, the free parking, and the quiet atmosphere.
Location: Good Restaurants and Coffee Shops. Easy access to transportation system. Near everything in Salt Lake City.
I was greatly and pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great location for everything in Salt Lake City. We stay up there often for University of Utah football games. This hotel was the best so far and at a good price. Very roomy and comfortable.

The facilities were nice. Pool small and crowded with very little kids. Great place for families as you have two separate rooms to sleep

Pros: very clean... very quiet..
Cons: windows that open
Location: SLC down town in Town Square.. so many things to list.. but this hotel was right in the heart of the action, and was easy to find. Via GPS
The only problem I had was the creamer for the coffee was bad.. room service promptly sent up fresh.. awesome views.. very very clean room.. comfortable.. Quiet.. Downtown Salt Lake City, and I slept like a rock..

Larger Rooms

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: The room was nice, clean, and large. The warm cookies handed out by the registration staff was a nice touch.
Cons: It would be better if the registartion area had more parking spaces.
Location: I had an appointment at the University of Utah Hospital. the hotel was only minutes away.
The room was larger than I expected. It was convienently located close to the elevators. The design of the hotel was also convienent. All of the rooms were located around the restauaunt/ bar area.

Despite being in central Salt Lake City, the hotel was quiet and we got a great night's sleep!

Highlight of Holiday

Posted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: Real luxury at sensible price.
Cons: Nothing to note
Location: Salt Lake City was not on our busy schedule, just planning to stop overnight on route south. Saw cathedral and nearby sights. Wanted to stay longer.
Perfect hotel, superb room, great restaurant, friendly staff.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, very well appointed and comfortable suite
Cons: We are coffee junkies, so perhaps a couple of extra coffee pkts and cups.
We arrived late in the day and were only there for one night before catching a flight, would not hesitate to stay there again for a longer period of time in the future.

Stay in downtown Salt Lake City

Posted Aug 22, 2014
Though the room was clean an comfortable, property has no procedure to inform guests of false fire alarms, which happened twice during my stay. Guest room phones were not working two days of my stay. I would choose one of the many other options in the downtown area to stay and would not return to this hotel.

Nice hotel with excellent room. The view to the west was ugly due to buildings like the Motel 6. The neighborhood was ok, but looked a little sketchy just to the west. The hotel was very convenient to downtown and the airport.
