That front desk lady had it out for me. I was leaving and she said I was trafficking in and out ( I was not) and she gave me a noise complaint (I got chased down in the hall by someone’s kid) it was so bad we left

The hotel had amazing staff super friendly. They just replaced their beds and were so comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had great event center.

This was such a nice hotel.firstly it was very clean, bed was cozy. I love how it was set up with three rooms for bed, living area and bathroom. Wasn’t expecting that… and the remodeling was so pretty. We would definitely stay again!

The staff and check in were great. Went to the restaurant to have some food and drinks. They were delicious and the service was amazing. My room had a few issues. My toilet wouldn’t stop running or flush. Had to try to fix it myself self since I was in my pjs and didn't want anyone else coming to my room. The lights didn’t work, only some of the buttons and some buttons were falling off the walls. Had to call someone to come fix the tv. The sheets smelled a little old, but over all it was good. The amazing staff made all the difference.

Staff is fantastic. The room wasnt great. Checked in early then left for the day. Got to our room close to midnight. Used soap left on the vanity, night stand between bed sticky, mattress on pull out bed with big stains, shower so slippery and was very slow to drain. Room had a lot of maintenance issues. For the price, I expected better. With tax, over $200 a night.

We really like mostly everything: Excellent service, very clean rooms, brand new upgrade in our room, a lot available parking. Lobby room is rich decorated. We love everything except our room was facing the street and it was noisy to sleep. It’s not the hotel’s fault it’s a location. We stayed only one night so it was ok. But if you plan to stay longer probably consider the noise.

Decent area, check-in was easy. The room itself was clean, good amount of space, big bathroom. Bed was firm (not a plus for me but the other one liked it). The breakfast was a decent selection. Would stay again if in the area.

We liked the hotel. Very convenient, new and clean. What we didn't like was, after asking for a quiet room, our room was over the HVAC fans, so all we heard was what sounded like a jet engine... all the time. The drink choices and food options at the nighly managers reception seemed very limited as compared to other Embassy Suites, but the breakfast was very good. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Even before we arrived, the Embassy had the extra pillows i requested in our room. This has never been done by any other establishment and we request them every time because of my wifes medical xonditiin. Most of the time I end up chasing them down myself. The staff was incredible, breastfast was amazing, and the room was perfect. 100% worth every dime! This was our 27th wedding anniversary and we usually look for a room simular to our honeymoon suite, with a jetted tub, but the cleanliness and the design of the room added to our comfort

Beautiful room. The afternoon free drinks and appetizers was totally a pleasant surprise and the breakfast was better than any I have previously experienced. The only complaint I have was that there was only decaf coffee offered in my room.
