“Great!!!”

The staff was so sweet and helpful. I left my kindle in our hotel room. By the the time I got home they had called and left a message that they had found it. I called them back and they shipped it that day.

“Nice new hotel, About 10 minutes from downtown”

Staff was friendly and helpful, room had a very nice eastern feel. Free happy hour every evening and breakfast every morning. Also ate at the restaurant "Shula's 347" in the hotel which is fantastic a little pricey but well worth it. If you're in the area and want a 5 star experience at a 3 star price this is the hotel for you. *This is not a family hotel this is a business hotel*

“Great place to stay.”

Beautiful room, wonderful breakfasts, located near mall, movie theater, many restaurants, and best of all right at the end of Trax. Made getting downtown easy.

“Beautiful and classy hotel in West Valley.”

The hotel was only a few months old when we stayed there so it was immaculate as one would expect. The king suite room was quite spacious in every area. There was a separate sitting area and kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids and were both larger than other Embassy Suites we've stayed in. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of selection. And the cook-to-order omelets were also a hit. The one thing we didn't like as much was that, although the bedroom and sitting area are separated by a floor-to-ceiling wall, there was no door between them; just an open doorway. Plus the two sliding doors that enter the bathroom did not lock. We were traveling with older children who slept on the sofa bed, so that lacked for privacy a bit.

“Great Hotel for anyone and everyone!”

Very nice hotel! Service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food as Shulas was very good, and the Managers party every evening was nice as well! Definitely stay here again!

“Great Location, Great People”

This is a newer Embassy property, with a unique look, very different than other Embassy locations I have stayed in. Parking is simple and free. We were greeted by a friendly employee and checked in quickly. She even took the time to point out the pool to my son, noting that she was certain he would like to know where that was. My only complaint is that the "suite" did not have a door between the bedroom and the main room (sofa bed room). When travelling with children, it's nice to have that door. Bed was comfortable. TV remote batteries were dead. No biggie. Room was an energy saving room. Modern controls, and even a remote for the A/C unit.

“Don't order a drink in West Valley City, Utah.”

The Shula's 347 restaurant was underwhelming. I had 3 drinks with dinner on St. Patrick's day and I felt like the staff was being judgmental. It was an odd experience. I am not a big time drinker, but I am over well over 21 and I do not need help with decsions of this nature.
