Everything is close by, and it is not on the busiest streets. It’s easily accessible. Excellent location for downtown Salt Lake!

The hotel was wonderfully clean and quiet, and every staff member we encountered was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our only issue was that the hotel wifi was very spotty on the higher floors, but that may have been a temporary issue.

This was the best designed room I’ve ever stayed in. Not necessarily bigger, but everything is so logically placed you seem to have so much room!!

We often stay at Hilton Garden Inns when we travel. We believe they are comfortable, clean, safe and a good value. The downtown SLC hotel met the standard, however, we noted their maid service was inflexible. On two separate occasions, the maid came by to clean at around 9:30 am. We were still in the room and need a 30 min more, but learned they wouldnt come back. Our request didnt seem unusual given the time they came by as well as service levels at other properties. Anyway, we still like the properties, but this one was a bit frustrating.

A clean hospitable room but expect more for $300
All good except the food and beverage was a major disappointment and is uncharacteristic of most Hilton Garden's stayed in the past. Easy to blame covid for service but not for the food and beverage selections.
