Honeymoon

Posted Jun 15, 2014
It was good and comfortable. Pretty average. The staff were nice but I wish we knew beforehand about the $15 parking. It was good and met our needs. It was close to a lot of food places and temple square.

Great location

The hotel staff were very friendly. One consideration is there is a daily fee for self parking charged directly to your room.

Close to Salt Lake City convention center

Posted Apr 30, 2014
Pros: close to convetnion center
Cons: fix the hot water when customer ask
Location: convention center
Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, walking distance from convention center. We had problems with our hot water in the shower staff didn't seem too concerned which sucked for what we paid for the room. Stayed at much less hotels and had plenty of hot water.. :(

Great location. Short walk to Temple Square

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Quiet. Clean. Comfortable beds. Staff was amazingly helpful and kind.
Cons: No charge for parking and Wi-Fi.
Location: Temple Square is three-four blocks as is City Creek, major shopping fun.
Easy walk to Temple Square and City Creek, which was the object of our trip. I rated this 4 out of 5 only because I had to pay $15/day for parking, which I thought was pretty steep. Additionally, I had to pay $5/day for Wi-Fi in my room. Seriously??? Parking and Wi-Fi should be free when you're paying a pretty penny for a room. But the hotel was clean and beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Very quiet.

Night away

Posted Mar 25, 2014
Pros: I loved that there was an option to have a PURE room at no extra charge Indoor pool was not busy at all
Cons: Have small kids, I wished there was a small complimentary breakfast. Even a muffin and juice would have been great for little ones
Location: We ended up walking around city creek which was great Also the children's museum at Gateway was SO great for kids
I just needed one night away with two small children so I was looking for something clean with something to do for a couple of days
