Property needs to be fixed up. Not very nice. We were also put in an adjoining room which we didn’t ask for and the kids in the next room were so loud. They woke us up very early.

Loved the pool area. The breakfast was pretty decent size. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the beds were super hard and uncomfortable.

Choose the property for the water slide. It was fun but pool area is getting run down. Breakfast was not good. Other holiday inn properties have great gluten free options and there were absolutely none here such a bummer! They had even run out of yogurt the first morning.

Room phone was sticky and covered in something purple...grape soda? Chewed gum stuck to the wall. Just a big ole wad hanging out on the wall above head height.

We had issues with the lady that was on shift when we checked in at 3pm. We walked in to check in and she continued to speak with a Staff member without letting us know it will be a minute. After speaking with the staff member she continued to answer the phone while we were waiting to check in. 2nd incident I called in the morning and requested a crib to be put into our room so we didn’t have to bring a pack N play they told us they will put it in our room for us. When we arrived the lady on shift told us there wasn’t any cribs made us upset due to not bringing the pack n play for our youngest thinking there was cribs available We got extra blankets for our kids and the blankets we have received were dirty and disgusting. We were already upset when we pulled out the pull out bed it was disgusting and tons of stains on top of springs going into your back while laying down. There were tons of dirt stains on the comforter as well as women hair on the pillowcases.

When we hot there the power was out. We couldn't check in and we had 2 kids who needed diaper chnages. We were offered a bathroom and to sit in the dining room until power came back on. We were able to swim and sit in the hotntub qhile we waited. It was about 630 before we could check in our room.

The pool was closed for renovations which was sad but I received a much appreciated phone call and notification by email that it would be closed. The staff was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. I would stay here again.

Parking was terrible but all in all was pretty good. Wish they had the slide as a ride at your own risk. I bought 2 kids that were an inch to small for the slide which was a bummer cause it was the main reason for staying.b but they had fun

At 6am the noise level was super loud it was almost as if they were in the same room as me. Then the cleaning lady knocking super loud at 8:40 am for room service.

Loved the stay super nice rooms and comfy beds - nice staff! Clean rooms! Great pool experience but not that the waterslide is only open on the weekends. Great breakfast! Overall great stay and definitely plan to book again!

Hotel was great... Other guests were the problem... with a fun pool brought in Families and the noise. Outside our room someones car alarm going off for ever. We also had some college kids across from our room screaming at 2 am in the morning down the halls then the next day outside our room at 6 am yelling and talking very loud. We had to yell at them to be quite. It was a rough 2 nights.

As a visiting father of 2, it was a decent place to stay if you have kids. Nice pool area with big slide. However, the slide was only open on the weekends which was a bummer and the pool was a bit chlorine heavy. There is a great selection of restaurants and things to do in this area with The Maverik Center for events and the Valley Fair Mall right around the corner with a great megaplex theater.
