Pros: staff was very helpful
Cons: hotel offers late night meals, but you have to wait long time to get them (more than half an hour just for pizza and salad)
i was very pleased with the room, hotel and overall my stay at the hotel was comfortable.

Better than expected

Posted Aug 16, 2014
We didn't have high expectations for a hotel room right next to the airport. We were only staying there because our flight got in late and we didn't want to drive far. Our shuttle driver was extremely nice and gave us a bunch of information about the hotel on the ride over. Our room was much larger than expected with 2 queen beds (expected) and a whole separate living room area with an extra pull out bed. The room and entire building was very clean. The free continental breakfast was slightly above average but still nice to have. For the price of the room this hotel was very nice and I would stay here again

Reasonably priced and close to the airport.

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Housekeeping needs to be better trained.
The room itself was adequate. The beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. Shuttle service was timely. The biggest problem was Housekeeping staff i.e., there were days when the room wasn't cleaned by 3 pm., used glasses, cups, bath towels weren't replaced. Ice bucket liner wasn't exchanged. Once, the ice bucket was completely gone. Every day we had to request clean glasses. One day I went to the lobby to request fresh glasses and I had the distinct impression that the gentleman who assisted me was washing the glasses and so I just picked up a few from the dining area that were clean. Only a few of the staff in the lobby seemed to know how to solve problems. Overall experience was one I would prefer not to repeat.

Avoid this hotel

Terrible set up. Does not live up to the Hyatt name at all. Too many issues to mention.

Great hotel close to the airport

We stayed there prior to an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was clean and very friendly. We didn't stay long but we appreciated the comfort of the bed, the size of the room and especially the friendliness of the staff!

GREAT price, what you would expect

Posted Aug 4, 2014
They have a FREE airport shuttle which was super nice! The price was very reasonable. The room was spacious but lacked in cleanliness a little in the bathroom. (Example, spots on the floor).

Nice!

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Love the location. Close to major freeways and airport
The hotel was nice and the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was great. The only down side of this hotel was the carpet in the room was not that clean and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. I also prefer to have a separate bathroom so that I can get ready in a separate room while the baby is still sleeping. I also like to have a bathtub for the baby and we got a room with a shower. The room I booked said a tub/shower combo, however, we received a room with a shower only. I am sure they would have made other arrangements for us as they were so nice but I did not ask.

When things go wrong, you are in your own!!!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Better staff, more food on the buffet
I make a reservation for a two queen room a a sofa bed and i received an accessible type room with a king bed and a sofa bed. 3 people of my family have to sleep on the floor because they couldn't help me. The staff gave me attitude at the moment that i request the different room and they didn't even bother to try to help me. the room was semi clean but the bathroom was accessible type so there was no separation between the shower and toilet, so imaging 7 people taking a shower, it became a swimming pool. The hotel claims to have free breakfast when food run out you will only eat left over because they don't refill the buffet and if you wake up late the take the food 20 to 30 minutes before the end time. Also if you need anything extra they give you attitude. Really disappointing to be a Hyatt

Couldn't ask for more

Pros: Room size and room comfort
Cons: Time it takes to prepare food.
Location: Within 3 miles of airport, located in an industrial park.
Very nice rooms and staff. Good location, within 3 miles of the airport. Didn't use pool or workout facility, so no comment there. I'd absolutely stay here again. The only negative on the entire place is how long it takes for food to be made in their kitchen. 30 minutes for a personal sized flatbread pizza is a bit much.
