“Sooo Impressed!”

I was so impressed by the staff - they were super helpful and very nice. The room was amazing and very comfortable. Very up to date with all electronic hookups for anything. Even for a weekend, we didnt hear anyone else all night. The parking is kind of steep, but that would be the only complaint. I wish we would have been there long enought to try the cafe. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on business or for a romantic get away.

“Gret Place to Stay!”

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and the comfortable feeling there. Our only complaint would be the access into the closet for hanging our clothes. It ws a little tight. Otherwise, the room was wonderful and we would definately stay here again. We liked the accessability to Gateway and Trax.

“Hyatt Place at Downtown SLC, UT”

Nice and quiet Hotel. Walking distance to the Gateway shopping area in Downtown SLC. Staff are pleasant and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early.

“Great place to stay.”

The hotel was great. It was a 5 minute walk from The Gateway, with more of Salt Lakes night life just a short distance away. It was clean, the staff was nice and answered any question that arose during our stay. Decent complimentary breakfast, with the option to order from their personal cafe which was nice. Only dislike was the location of the television and the lack of channels to choose from. No negative feedback comes to mind, would stay there again.

“Nice Hotel and a Good Value”

This was my first time to stay at this hotel in Salt Lake City and it was very nice, clean and the beds very comfortable. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly. The night we stayed even though the hotel was full, it was very quiet. The complimentery breakfast was excellent with all the usual food plus fresh cooked bacon, eggs and pancakes. The location of the hotel is also within walking distance of Trax, restaurants, shopping and Temple Square. My only compaints about this hotel is the $10 per night parking fee, Ice machine only on every other floor and the dimly lit shower. This is the place however I will stay on future visits to Salt Lake City.

“Great!”

Great new hotel and we loved the self check-in. The location was great. The parking fee was annoying but the breakfast was the best ever.

“absolutely spotless clean”

I spend at least 2 days a week in hotels and this one was super, It was like walking into a crisp clean enviroment. You don't feel like you will get a disease if you take your shoes off. I normally stay in 4-5 star. Everything this hotel offers is grand. I recommend it to everyone especially if you are going to a Jazz game.
