Very friendly staff but didn't run as a smooth resort. The right hand did not always know what the left hand was doing. We did receive the runaround about what to rent, prices, etc. There's not much to do there besides skiing (the slopes are beautiful) and they advertised a fire pit and s'mores and we never saw that up and running. The food was expensive and very mediocre quality. Our kids will only eat chicken tenders and the nice restaurant ran out of those and no one was able to get any from another facility for us (it's small and all other restaurants close by). The pool and spa were awesome!

We were very pleased with everything about the Little America in Salt Lake City. We arrived on Thurs and right away the concierge was helping us to find things to do and was very helpful and very pleasant. Elizabeth was her name. We went to the room and was equally pleased with the accommodations. I thought the location was perfect with lots of restaurants and pubs within close walking distance. And we were right by the Trax. So we were able to go anywhere basically without driving in a city we were unfamiliar with. The restaurants at the Little America are excellent. We have dinner in the new sports bar and the breakfast buffet. They were both excellent. The whole staff was very helpful and made our stay a great experience. We would stay there again without a moments hesitation. .

"Fantastic hotel in the mountains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
After staying here you would be a fool to stay in downtown Salt Lake. This place is 35 minutes from the city and half the cost for this time of year. Just make sure you rent a car and you are good to go!!!

Loved the hotel and service. Do not recommend going to snowbird for a quiet getaway during Oktoberfest. The restaurant upstairs had excellent food and excellent waitresses. The lady at the reservation desk has a little bit of an attitude. Waited about 45 minutes for food.
