Overall, the grounds and room were clean and well kept. Unfortunately, the pool and sauna were closed for renovations while we were there. Little America should have disclosed this on their website. We stayed in the Motel Courtside One King Bed room. The air conditioner was loud and couldn't cool the room. We stayed in April, so I can't imagine how hot the room will be come summer… The water temperature fluctuated wildly while showering from scalding to cold, so clearly that needs to be repaired. Pretty unpleasant way to start the day. Otherwise, the room was nice and place was quiet.

The hotel property occupies a whole block, next to 4 corner busy street. The room has no sound dumping barriers and you can hear cars, trucks, buses and people walking and talking on the street and side walks.

This is the third time we stayed at Little America but our most recent stay was not that good. The room was very outdated and had very bad smell. On the first day the bath/shower did not work and the repair person did not come and fix it. The second day the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. Thankfully the third day we were moved to another room.

Overall stay was ok. I needed a safe place to park my car as I’m moving. Rooms are super hot, no fan or AC. Not even bathroom fan worked. Vending machine was broken but we were given a credit to use at store due to it. Beds were very comfortable.

Loved staying here everyone was so nice and helpful it’s location is very convenient to the Conference Center and the stop for UTA Ride is so close the rooms are Gorgeous and so clean I will definitely stay here again!

The room was old, dirty and tired. We were I. A Garden Suite that looked over a 4 lane highway and a parking lot. It was a motel and should be advertised as a motel, not a hotel. The lobby was packed and line ups to ask questions to the staff were 25 min long. Check in staff did not explain any of the building amenities. I didn’t even know there was a restaurant or gym till I checked out. No cleaning for four days and couldn’t request it when I saw cleaning staff as they did not speak English. Many drug users one block from hotel that you have to walk by to get downtown.

The lobby was beautiful and well kept. The room was old, bathroom floor had ripped linoleum very small bathroom, and the comforter on the bed was dirty. We loved the location and convenient to shopping, transportation and very helpful and friendly staff, and great food.

Loved that the Parking was accessible and right next to our room. Room was clean. Bathroom had hair on the floor from previous stayers. Other than that it was a great stay!

The property is very out dated and old smelly. The unexpected 18 dollar charge for parking is a joke. Expedia should warn about the parking fee. It will be the last time we ever choose to stay here.

Sadly, after decades of this being my happy place it saddens me to see then struggle. The vending machines didn't work on our floor and when having to dress to go to the gift shop, they were well aware. Their beautiful/fun indoor/outdoor pool was closed with no notice until we checked in. The outdoor pool was clean and available but not hot tub. The food which has always been stable lacked terribly. Still sauce with no dill flavor? Horseradish that seen like sour cream and the 12 oz rib eye was 1/4 inch thick.. I'm broken hearted.

I spend several minutes talking with an agent at Expedia about the lack of amenities that were advertised. I was told that we would have access to a hot tub. When we went down to the front desk they seemed irritated with us and said we needed to go to the hotel across the street. We went over to the other hotel to find that the hot tub closed an hour earlier. I would have thought the front desk would have told us that it was already closed. I just feel as we have been yanked around and constant disappointment.

We have worked hard to try and notify our guests that our indoor pool is closed for a major renovation. The reservations made through the 3rd parties’ websites, like Expedia, are difficult for us to communicate with as we do not have direct access to you email or phone numbers. The information for the pool closure is listed on the Expedia website but you do have to search for it. Again, we do not control the content of the 3rd party websites, so we are sorry you did not get this critical information. Thank you very much for your comments and we hope to be able to serve you in the future.

We love Little America Hotel and stay there as often as we can for a little R&R. This time we stayed in room #1611, which was lovely, but the bed needs to be replaced, it's TOO soft. It's not the pillow top that's soft, you really sink into it. Not good for the back. I'm a small person and I really sunk into the mattress. Please replace.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little America. The agent at the check in counter offered me a nice upgrade to a room in the tower for a small fee. It was a no brainer to do. So worth it!
