Response to your questions

Pros: Before it was "quality" Inn; the price, the rooms and the breakfast. Now the location to the freeway only.
Cons: Go back to charging $10.00 per night for a dog. Go back to the breakfast you used to serve.
Location: The motel is centrally located making it easy to go wherever I chose.
The room was nice. I have stayed at this motel a number of times during the past two years. I have had a dog with me during each visit. Before it became "quality" Inn I was charged $10.00 extra per night for my dog. Now that it's "quality" Inn I am charged $20.00 extra. The rooms aren't any better, the staff isn't nicer. The breakfast certainly has NOT improved but I am now paying more.

Horrible Stay

Posted Dec 8, 2014
Pros: The only thing nice was the foyer when you walk in. It is beautiful, but doesn't make up for the dirty rooms.
Cons: Security, security, security. They need to light up the parking lot as there is only parking behind the hotel. The manager needs to be on site also.
I was staying in the hotel because it is close to the hospital where I have a family member having surgery. My stay from the beginning was awful. The room was dirty, I couldn't get management to help with issues as the manager was rarely on site. My car was broken into in the parking lot as were other vehicles. The police tell me there are a lot of car break-ins and thefts because the parking lot is so dark and there are no security cameras. I would not recommend staying here to save a couple bucks as the cost for me to replace all that was stolen from my car is way more than that couple of dollars I saved by booking this hotel.

Not what it used to be.

Posted Dec 2, 2014
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: The whole place needs to be refurbished.
My family has stayed at this hotel many times over the last twenty years, because it is so close to where we want to be, and because it is inexpensive. Over the years it has become run down, but there were several nice little things that compensated for chipped paint and stained or worn carpet. They had breakfast until 11. The pool was open 24/7. There were cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. The staff knew us. But now that Quality Inn has taken over, all of that is gone. It's still in the same location and it's still cheap and run down. But all the nice little things are gone. Breakfast ends at 9:30 and you're not allowed to take it to your room. The pool closes at 10. All of the closest parking places have been designated "15 minute parking only". The pillows are all identical cheap foam. There are no more cookies or hot chocolate. The staff are cold and uncaring. They seem hassled and unhappy. There was a note in the bathroom touting the wonders of the "Q shower"--an adjustable shower head, a curved shower rod and a windowed shower curtain. The bathroom had none of these features. I could really care less about any of those things, but I did miss the hair conditioner they used to provide. They also switched to a weird scratchy soap. So if cheap is all you're after, this is your place. Otherwise, you should give it a miss.

Pros: Location
This place is a dump. TV broken, toilet nearly inoperative, dirty, poor staff and on and on.

Breakfast was cold and stale, even within the first 30 minutes of food being served. Dresser drawers in room were broken and hanging down. Very comfortable bed!
