Great stay, nice hotel

Posted Apr 18, 2015
Stayed @ the radisson for three nights. The room was clean and very comfortable... The service was great, didn't bother me or my friends for constantly walking in and out all hours of the night. Had a great view of the city and mountains.-;/); room: 512

Closest hotel to everything

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: The location can't be beat if you are there to shop.
Cons: I ate breakfast at the buffet. It was so-so at best.
Location: It is only two blocks in either direction to two large malls, a block to the Utah Jazz, two blocks to Temple Square.
I have stayed here before as it has an excellent location. It is right between two large malls and is also close to Temple Square. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check in at 8 AM as my flight arrived very early. The room was spotless and the amenities well above average.

Best hotel staff and great location

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: Rooms are very clean, organized and well decorated. The staff team is awesome and will make sure you have what you need for a comfortable stay.
Cons: More staff at the restaurant so the wait on the food wouldn't be so long.
Location: Walking distance to the Temple Square, where I went to visit. There is a mall, restaurants and a lot of things to see around.
I chose Radisson because based on the map it was one of the closest hotel to the Temple Square, where I went to visit. I had some friends staying at the hotel as well and I can say that all the rooms have a have nice set up and are extremely clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable, to me this is a big deal!! We had a little issue when we first arrived in our room because it smelled like cigarettes so we called front desk and asked for a new room. The manager came to our room to meet us and apologized for the inconvenience. She brought us new keys for another room that actually had a better view. The manager said that all the rooms are non-smoking and let us know that the hotel will charge the previous customers for the damage. That made us feel more appreciated as a client. All the staff there are very nice and will try to make any adjustments to better serve you. They kept our luggage while we went out to conference we attended. We were treated with a lot of care and respect. I totally recommend the hotel!

Ok, nothing special. Won't stay there again.

Fine, nothing special. Called front desk ... Very grumpy woman. Had to beg for a menu for room service. Had to ask for info on the hotel and surrounding area , they told me they didn't have anything. The parking attendant helped me find a shopping mall.

Nice clean hotel

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Clean
Cons: Add snack vending machines
They charge $12.00 for parking to your credit card without telling you there would be a charge. And they have no snack vending machines and nothing within walking distance. The hotel itself was nice and clean.

Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: it was quite and peaceful
Cons: it seeemed like it was getting a little run down or that the room we were in hadn't been upgraded or maintained very well.
Location: we were there for a convention at the Salt Palace so didn't venture to far away
Just there for 2 nights for a convention at the Salt Palace. We enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the staff.

Across street from energy solutions arena

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: The room was very nice
Cons: a FREE breakfast!!
Location: Energy solutions arena, plus easy to walk to temple and downtown
The hotel was great, the restaurant in the lobby is a real rip off. Especially breakfast. We thought it was a free breakfast.....nope. I had 2 pieces of bacon and a slice of watermelon, my husband had a glass of milk, pancake and a bacon and it cost us...get this $40!!!! Ridiculous. The bar is not a mix drink bar and the dinner menu...very pricey and limited.
