The hotel is super close to temple square, the conference center and shopping and dining. We would definitely stay there again.

A great place to stay

We have tried many other places in salt lake, and this place is the best by far. Won't stay anywhere else.

convenience location nice hotel high parking price

Posted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Almost everything
Cons: offering breakfast in packet with a reasonable price, lowering parking charge
Location: Fantastic location and city
I paid £92 for 2 nights for 3 people so there is not much to complain about it, compare to what I received, it was absolutely worth. Just the parking charge ($12 per night) was too high since just cross the road I could have pay $3 per day for parking

Backside of Convention Center. Business Class RM

Posted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: Convenience to Convention Center, Close to City Creek and Gateway Mall, Has Refrigerator, Cool Headboard, Nice View, Clean Room, Big Bead
Cons: The Wifi, Communication With Manager, Better Drink Voucher, Better Quality of Breakfast Bar
Location: You can go to the Convention Center steps away or Walk down to City Creek Mall or the Gateway Mall
The room was nice and clean. If you want a Microwave you have to ask for it. This shocked me considering it was a business class room and I had a fridge already. When you arrive the room is nice and clean. It came with a cool headboard and art. The view seeing the mountains was a nice touch. When I first arrived I asked about my free drink vouchers since it was an additional benefit to first class. They told me because of Utah Law they couldn't give me my vouchers. The manager said he only had 1 free 10oz Coffee or Hot Chocolate voucher which can only be used on the 1 type of coffee they brew from Starbucks. I've asked three times that day to get more printed and was told that another manager would have to print them. I couldn't just get like 4 more free sodas. If you plan on highspped internet then you'll be disappointed because the internet is only 500kbs slightly above dial-up. Of course you can always go to the Marriott where the Starbucks exist get a better drink and enjoy the higher speed free Wifi. Know where your going if your going to the convention center. You are facing the back in this hotel. The only other problem I had was with parking. If you want a guest who lives there to come over without making a U-Turn its nearly impossible to park in the 2 hour parking. Otherwise its $6 to park at the Radison. The breakfast bar that you get with First Class wasn't that great so I only ate there once.

Handicap room problems. Nothing free.

Posted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: It was clean. The pool, hot tub and sauna was fun. It was quiet for being downtown.
Cons: Free breakfast and parking. Improvement in handicap room that I mentioned above.
Location: Everything was in walking distance.
The handicap room had a shower knob that was loose and the bench across the bathtub caused water to run all over the floor. It took several towels to soak it up. The breakfast was costly. Buffet was Twice as much as JBs across the street. Had to pay everyday to park.
