“A Satisfactory Experience”

Everything at this hotel was great. They were in the process of renovating, so it should be even better in the future. (Note: This hotel is not easy to find. Detailed directions are necessary to get somebody to it.)

“met expectations”

Only stayed one night as we had another facility rented in Big Cottonwood Canyon. The room was nice, breakfast was excellent and I would stay multiple nights if returned later. Facilities were also nice.

“Great Hotel”

I paid between $100 and $200 a night for a Philadelphia Sh**aton 4 points and it s*ucked. No breakfast, one towel, door didn't work, no soap--just shampoo. By contrast the Residence in Sandy UT was very nice at nearly 1/3 the price. Only thing that went bad was the hot water heater...so without hot water for two days....but I am sure that was rare occasion.

“Just like home”

We felt very comfortable. In fact they have a better kitchen than I do at home. All stainless steal appliances. Great staff and great place to stay.

“Comfortable and homey”

I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn. I don't travel for business much and found this hotel to be a treat. The hot, full-breakfast bar saved me a lot of time and money, the food was pretty good and it had a lot of variety. There was a social hour every weekday evening with complimentary snacks and drinks which was a pleasant treat and could serve as a quick, easy dinner. My room also had a kitchenette that had plenty of equipment to cook dinners if my stay were longer (they also have a grocery service). If you don'f feel like dining in, the Residence Inn was close to a shopping and restaurant district (mostly chain and familiar, but convenient). The room was overall pleasant, no complaints, and the staff was quite friendly. I would stay here again and would look for other Residence Inns in other cities for future lodgings.

I have stayed at quite a few hotels and this is by far one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at based on value, comfort, easy access, and accommodations.

This hotel felt like home away from home. The room was abit too small to accomindate the four of us but that was all they had available. Even so, It was very comfortable.
