The Reservation was fully paid, and was cancelled without any notice from either Quality Inn or Expedia. The property manager was inconsiderate of the situation and cared less about the situation. This has been by far the most horrible experience ever while traveling

It's obvious that regular maintenance hasn't been done on the building and they smell of stale smoke in the room was overpowering. It could be a nice place if they put money into it and renovated. The beds were comfortable and it had a good breakfast.

We had a poor experience at this hotel. We found some maintenance issues with our room. First the smoke detector was not working, a stain on one our bed sheets, and one of the towels. The door to our room had some damage. The good thing they did for us. The staff member did allow us to keep our car parked at the property after we checked out, so we can attend General Conference. And to allow us to use the toilet when we came back from General Conference, just before we picked the car up to leave.

The location is convenient to downtown Salt Lake City. However, The bedspreads were either dirty or stained. The toilet seat was very loose. The mattresses were old. One of the law tags said it was 2013 and the other looked like it said 2003. I couldn't really tell due to the stain on it. We saved some money staying here but it wasn't worth it.

I felt unsafe the moment walked in. I didn’t get any sleep because the walls were paper thin. People kept slamming the doors. I kept calling the the front desk and no one would answer. I should have none it was a bad place because as I was checking in there was 4 cops there. So book here, stay at the Hilton thats literally across the street. Crazy what one block different does.

First room I got allotted to had non-functional aircon, they moved me to a different one and then the second room had torn bed sheets and the area under the bed had skittles all over it . The properly owner does not really take this property seriously I feel .

All of the blankets had stains on them, the whole building smelt like cigarettes. I put down a 100 dollar deposit and still haven’t received it even after a little longer then a month. The staff was not bad except for when I called about the deposit and the staff member on the phone was rude and impatient.

For an overnight stay it was worth the price. The front desk staff and the one housekeeper we met were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast in the morning was sub-par. The elevator shook sideways; not normal or comforting.

Everyone was super nice. Got some waffles for breakfast. Comfortable bed. Noisy in the hallway but that's expected anywhere. Got my deposit back. The coffee pot didn't work in our room, but that's my only complaint. Great price for what we needed.

Staff was friendly and great. Room wasn’t super dirty but the pillows were stinky and there was hair and stickers in the bed (maybe from being washed with other stuff idk). The bed was as hard as a rock and the tv didn’t work. Overall, for a cheap-ish downtown SLC crash spot it was ok. It felt safe. And would stay there over other hotels in the area around the same price.
