“The GRAND America Hotel”

Beautiful facility with modern ammenities, and very nice decor. This is a very nice facility, and the staff goes out of their way to be courtious. I would certainly stay at this facility again should the opportunity present itself. I was supprised to be charged for self parking my car in the underground garage. Being a patron of the hotel, I wouldn't have expected that.

“Elegant”

The price for a room at this hotel seems high, but in every respect it is worth it. The staff is extremely willing and able to help with any problem or service required. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable with a spectacular view of the Wasatch mountains. It's central location in downtown Salt Lake City is within very short distances to entertainment and some fine restaurants.

Very elegant hotel. Great rooms and public spaces. Particularly nice bathrooms with extra sink area outside the bath. The pool area is excellent and welcoming of families. Easy self and valet parking in the hotel and a quick, direct drive to the airport.

“Salt Lake City's Best Hotel”

Fabulous hotel with amazing quality throughout every detail. Room was beautiful and comfortable, bathroom was large, the lobby has a wonderful restaurant/bar. Every member of the staff was welcoming.

Hotel and the staff are fantastic. Especialy given the price point of the hotel. The hotel and grounds are beautful and well kept. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. If you factor in price, this is simply the Best hotel I have ever stayed. My ony knock is the bed mattress was too soft and probaby needs to be replaced.
