Check in was very pleasant and efficient. The man working at the front desk was very welcoming and nice. The hotel was very quiet. The room very clean. The bed was especially nice. Which included some very comfortable pillows. Otherwise this is your basic lower Budget hotel. Includes amenities like a refrigerator, microwave. Which I don't use. Enough outlets to plug in your various equipment. Small table. Didn't use the shower. But it looks small but adequate.

I was worried about giving a review until I got my $100 depost back. Blood splatter on the bathroom wall. Lots of bad remodel "fixes". My bed was broken at the headboard so I rolled into the middle. The elevator is not safe. I could go on. Not over 2 stars except location.

We tried several times before the key would work. Ironically, the room had a king size bed, but the shower door was 20" wide and the shower was no bigger than 36x36. The cash only deposit was ridiculous. Our cash was examined closely and put in an envelope with our name on it. It was returned the next morning without examining our room, so I don't see how this is a security deposit.

Hello sir, We have a standard size for the room and the the shower for a king size bed. The key has a way to use so the front desk is always there to help you. The security deposit is always given after checking the room. Housekeeping must have checked the room before front desk gives back the deposit. They make you pay a $35 " early check in fee" if you want to extend your stay with them on Expedia. So they would've made me leave the room I was already in, and come back at 3 if I didn't pay $35

The linens and bed were surprisingly clean and comfortable but the entire room smelled like deep cigarette. Like the kind smoked without filters. The back of my bathroom door had what looked like blood smeared on it. The water pressure in the shower was decent but would not get hot, only slightly warm.

Get what you pay for.
Room was ok. Was not the cleanest. Just overall not very clean. Beds were actually pretty comfortable. It was an old building and I don't feel like the pictures online show how dingy it really is. One of those times where you get what you pay for so I can't really complain. If you need a place to sleep and aren't super picky then I'd say it's good enough. If you have the extra $20-$30 to spend do it and you'll be happier. The front desk person was nice and one of the maids was helpful in getting my key card to work. It's an old building so don't expect too much.

Horrible Place. Entire place was dirty.
This inn has not been repainted or major clean in several years. Signs state no smoking or tobacco use on property. The long term people staying there ALL SMOKED. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else

the motel is super clean and maintained, if someone wants to smoke outside then we can not stop anyone from doing anything as smoking is legal outside anywhere!

VERY comfortable beds & free parking.Not so clean
This is an inexpensive hotel that has the most comfortable beds in history. I have stayed here many times. I travel for work many weeks a year, and these are indeed the best beds I've experienced at a hotel. Sadly, the cleanliness had diminished over the years. I had debris in my room, some lights that did not work, and a shower that had hair and grime, along with a shower nozzle that barely put out water. I must say that the water was plenty hot, though! I like this place. It has free parking and is close to everything.

The bathroom was very old. Looked like someone painted over the tub and it was peeling off. There were huge areas on the bathroom wall where the drywall was exposed. The carpeting definitely needed to be replaced, it looked dirty. Also, when we checked in, there was a sign that said all unregistered guests must be out by 8 pm. This made me think that the hotel was being rented to people who were looking for more than the average travelers? Plus, we saw some very interesting people coming out of some of the rooms.
