Great great staff happy to help, iced water for hot days, wish it had a fridge/micro. Beds heavenly. Good check out/in times.

Best value in downtown SLCPosted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: Love the art deco room furniture and the tempurpedic beds. Good in room coffee.
Cons: Perhaps a bit more variety at the breakfast, but it is free and the fresh fruit is appreciated.
Location: Grand America conference hotel, Temple Square,
This was my second time at the Metro and it appears they've put additional work into making the place even more comfortable than before. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Good restaurants just across the street, free parking and pleasant staff.

Was just OKPosted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Clean room and good location
Cons: Repairs to the window, fan and upgrade the air conditioner to a quieter model.
Location: It is centrally located on the main drag which made travel to the hospital fast and easy.
The room was clean. The bed was too firm for my liking and the air conditioner was very noisy. The street below had traffic all night long and it was noisy and the window could not be closed because it was out of its track. The fan in the bathroom was rattling and not working properly so we couldn't use it.

Perfect locationPosted Jun 8, 2015
Close to the trax station that can take you anywhere. Easy to get to. Fantastic mattress. Incredibly friendly staff. Wish the pool was cleaner and really wish the hot tub worked. It doesn't even have water in it. The rooms don't have mini fridges or microwaves so no hope for leftovers.

Great HotelPosted Apr 5, 2015 on Hotels
Front desk staff is exemplary. All staff was attentive to my needs. I am very satisfied with The Metropolitan Inn. As such, I plan on staying with them on any return to Salt Lake City.

Only site to usePosted Apr 5, 2015 on Hotels
Hotels.com is by far the most consistent online booking source of hotels without the misleading bait & switch room availability and price. The hotels always have a good attitude about the confirmation so they must be paying their bills quickly as well Nice job by both- hotels.com and the client hotels. Keep it up. Only source to use for hotels. Jim L

Pros: The hotel staff.
Cons: the condition of the room.
The Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was adequate however, in several places the walls had been patched but not well. While in the room, I would remove my shoes. The carpet was dirty as evidence by how dirty my socks were when I took them off.
