“Great Location”

The Inn is within walking distance of downtown Salt Lake City. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated in the Art Deco style. We would use this Inn if we return to Salt Lake City.

“Very nice and inexpensive motel in Salt Lake City downtown”

This was a surprisingly nice but small motel in Salt Lake City's downtown area to stay in for a few days. The Temperpedic bed was very comfortable, and the room was pleasant to work in during my stay, with a nice table and chair. Wireless internet access worked well, and the staff was helpful. The downtown center was a short walk of a few blocks north and east with lots of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. The hotel is a short drive from the airport, and about 45 minutes from Park City and skiing.

“Friendly, down to earth staff.”

I went for more or less a personal vacation to see my girlfriend and i couldnt have asked for more. the staff at 1 am was super nice and laid back which i personally like. Not 100% professional atmosphere like a big place, but friendly and not intimidating place.

“Best Deal in Salt Lake City”

The Metropolitan Inn is the best deal in Salt Lake City. The location is great near Temple Square. The price is much lower than anything around it. The bed is very large and comfortable. The room was very clean. The front desk staff is five star! The are very friendly and helpful. I had friends call and leave messages for me and everyone was so impressed on the helpful of the desk people. I really enjoyed chatting with them timers I was in the lobby. I will definately stay there on my next stay in Salt Lake City. The people at the Metropolitan Inn helped make my first stay in Salt Lake City a great one.

“Comfy bed!”

I'm local and chose this hotel for New Years Eve. Although the room was a little small to have a few girls getting ready for a night out, we managed and had fun while doing it. On return to the hotel after a very fun night out, I slept wonderfully on the Temperpedic bed. I will definitely stay at the Metropolitan if the need arises for another local nights stay.

“great expedia rate”

For the price, I would say it was a lot better than the hotels in the same area. I would stay there again. The bed was great, no aches in the morning.

“Definitetly will return”

Extremely nice for such a good price I left some clothes there and they were good to box them up and have them ready for FedEx to pickup. Actually I was surprised how nice this hotel is and the location is great.

“Great find in SLC”

We needed somewhere in SLC that was clean and safe and inexpensive. We really only needed a place to sleep when visiting our daughter who war receiving treatment in SLC. Cute delightful "art deco" place, no frills, but well run, nice little continental breakfast. Down side is we found last stay that they are putting in new "tempurpedic" mattresses. Hate those things! Can't beat it if you like the mattresses.
