Great getaway for couples. Loved everything about this resort. Cute comfortable cabins with beautiful ocean views. Bathed in mineral spring water right in the cabin. The perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy a slower pace.

"Three-day luxurious get-away on Salt Spring Island"
Jacqui and Dan, the hosts, were very friendly on arrival and departure, but otherwise we didn’t see them. Our suite was roomy and had all sorts of extras, comfortable deck with fabulous view, inside hot tub, also with view, fireplace, flat screen TV with 100 DVDs at our disposal, complete kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, dishes and continental breakfast. We had direct access to the beach down some stairs. The location was ideal with the best “Fish Restaurant” on the Island 2 blocks away. Our hosts went to a lot of trouble to have on hand “coffee table books about Saltspring Island” and many brochures and much information covering the gammit of adventure, hiking, Studios and art works, local farms and produce, events, shopping, etc. We had a great three day week-end; we’d love to go back again!

Was really turned off when we arrived late for a wedding at 2:55 and was told that check-in wasn't till 3:00!
Room was spacious but definitely did not look like what we saw on Expedia. In addition, it was brutally hot with a dinky fan from the 60's.

My husband and I and our dog really enjoyed our stay. We had a one bedroom cabin. It was basic but had all the necessities - heat, hot water, and a basic kitchen with stove and fridge. The bathroom had a decent tub and shower. I was glad I brought my own shampoo as I only saw a couple of little packets and there was not a hair dryer. We took advantage of the fireplace and enjoyed the wharf in front of the cabin. The bbq takes briquettes. We knew nothing about cooking with briquettes and learned the hard way that they have to burn for about an hour before you can cook the food. There were also canoes available for use, so we took one out with the dog in the middle.:) People were swimming, but the water seemed really cold. At night, there is not much to do except listen to about a million frogs, so we played board games and watched dvd's. Not sure about driving on that road in the dark, probably best to arrive in daylight. I did not see any lights along the road.
My husband will not camp, so this is the closest I could get, and it was an enjoyable experience. We will go back.
