“Will return again”

The only problem we had was the drain plug for the bath tub did not work. The hotel was wonderful we did not go swimming but they have an indoor heated pool. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet that was included made the hotel extremely reasonable.

“Great experience”

This hotel has very friendly competent staff, beautiful setting, good food an well equipped comfortable rooms. The best part for us was they welcomed our two dogs without any issue. All in all a delightful stay.

Great place to stay. Nice clean rooms, excellent service. We had our Yorkie with us, no problem.

Rooms are very large and clean. Grounds are meticulously maintained. Breakfast with eggs cooked to order and a good selection of fresh fruit. Staff was always on hand and helpful. Had my dog with me and he was as welcome as me. Don;t be fooled by alleged happy hour - signs say free cocktails from 6:30 to 7:30 but they bring you a bill afterwards. Turns to if you have two the third is free. Sadly I just had two.... I stay in Saltillo often and this was my first time at this hotel. Pleasantly surprised!

“OK for an overnight.”

We have now stayed here twice when traveling to the border or back home just for the night. The price is really good for what you get. And, parking seems secure. Carpeting throughout could use an update and sheets and towels are a little on the worn side but otherwise the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. There was no microwave in our room but it had most other amenities. Buffet breakfast was included and it was a full Mexican breakfast - o.k. but not great. Definitely good value since it was included in the price of the room.

“Inefficient personel”

The hotel was OK, unfortunately the bath has the problem of smelling bad. Reception desk was unorganized and inefficient. I was asking for the shuttle service and the person was not helpful at organizing my trip to the airport. They need to have better training. Then I ordered a chocolate with milk and it took them more than half an hour to send it to my room because they did not have milk and they never told me. The hotel in general is old, needs renovation if is to keep four stars.

“OK for the night”

We just needed a comfortable bed for the night on our way to the border. Had a little trouble finding it because the full name of the Hotel was not on the sign. It saide A.B. in place of American Business and so driving by on the main thoroughfare made it difficult to realize it was the right hotel. We dined in the hotel and it was adequate. Buffet breakfast was included and it was not outstanding - just adequate but the hotel was a good value for the price.

“Spend your money somewhere else”

For starters the sign on the road is old and sun faded and it doesnot reads American Bussiness Hotel, but just a mere AH, that makes difficult to find it for all firs timers. The forn desk comunications are just useless since the reservation I made didnt reach them until the following day it was made, and (while looking for the hotel) when phoned at, the front desk attendants just didnt answer the three times I tried to reach them. Hotel parking lot is dark altough it has an entrance guard. All over the hotel is kind of old but the rooms are not that bad. Food at the restaurant could be improved, dinner, in my room wasnt that bad and neither too expensive, but the breakfast buffet really sucked, the highlite of it was the OJ, poorly waited, poorly assorted, the fresh cooked egg were just uneatable, and served with a side order of tasteless canned beans and a handfull of tortilla chips soaked in hot sauce that was a poor copy of chilaquiles, rounded up one of the worst breakfasts I have had in quite a long time, and I aint picky at all.

“Spooky Experience”

My stay felt like I was reliving one of those physico movies. The place is scarry and not very safe, since it is in the middle of nowhere with almost no security personal. Also sleeping is not an option, since you get a lot of non-stop-noise from the freeway. Buyer be ware!
